These wonderful flats are located next to the Arc de Triomf metro station, close to the Parc de la Ciutadella, Barceloneta beach, the Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Familia and Plaça Catalunya.

Note: the photos are a selection of different units. The flats may differ slightly in design and decoration but the features are the same. Your exact flat will be assigned to you upon arrival.

Our monthly flat rentals in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, including

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

- El 70% restante deberá ser abonado a través de una transferencia bancaria siempre que haya sido recibida antes de la entrada en el apartamento o en su defecto en efectivo en el momento del check-in.

- Se cobrará un fianza mediante tarjeta de crédito/débito al momento de realizar el check-in en nuestra oficina o Con link de pago. Procesaremos el reembolso del depósito en un plazo de 7 a 14 días laborables.

- Cuna de viaje/Cuna de viaje:
Precio: 20,00 EUR / Dia / Articolo. No está garantizado, los huéspedes deben solicitarlo con 24-48 horas de anticipación y, si está disponible, se lo proporcionaremos.

-Llegada fuera de horario:

- Nuestro horario de check-in es a partir de las 15h horas hasta 20h, de lunes a Domingo en nuestra oficina "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Fuera de este horario cobraremos 50€ en efectivo.

- Se aplicará la Tasa Turística vigente en Barcelona.

- NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO fumar bajo ningún concepto. Recibir una denuncia o tener constancia de que fumar en el apartamento supondrá el desalojo inmediato del apartamento y una multa de al menos 400 euros.

- NO SE PERMITEN fiestas o reuniones bajo ningún concepto. Si recibimos una denuncia y/o interviene la policía, seguridad o vecinos, tendrás que pagar una multa de 400€ (además de la de la policía)
