The cottage has a large sunny open plan lounge dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, which leads on to a courtyard garden with a table and chairs. There is also a seating in the courtyard at the front of the house that gets a lot of sun. The first floor has a large bathroom with a walk in shower and bathtub there is an additional toilet next to the bathroom
The master bedroom is a king size bed, and the second bedroom is a twin
Parking is on-street with permits provided for free, the cottage is dog and child friendly as are many restaurants in Worthing.
Waitrose, M&S, Lidl, Morrisons and more are all a short walk away and The Flour pot bakery, Coast café and Bayside Social are all 2 mins away for a great breakfast or Brunch. At the end of the street is the award-winning Crab shack restaurant also voted one of the best places to watch the sunset in the UK.
