Keer Lodge a lakeshore haven @ Pine Lake Resort

Keer Lodge enjoys an enviable location on the lake shore at the exclusive Pine Lake resort near Carnforth with uninterrupted views of the Lake and hills beyond from the lounge and patio. Open plan living and furnished in a modern Scandinavian style with plush leather sofas, a fully fitted kitchen, luxury Simba hybrid mattresses, a piping hot walk in shower and central heating throughout you will feel at home the minute you step through the door.

Keer lodge has 2 bedrooms with a King size bed in the first and 2 singles (can be made into a double) in the second. Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the private patio whilst taking in the serenity of the lake and hills in the distance.

Full use of the resorts swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, tennis court, bar, restaurant, children's play area's and evening entertainment are included in our rates. Watersports and a Spa are also available on site at an additional cost.

The lodge is situated on the edge of a designated area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), with some of the most scenic coastal villages such as Silverdale and Arnside being right on the doorstep. Exploring a little further afield the Lake district and Yorkshire Dales national parks are both within an easy drive or bus ride away.

Pine lake Resort is less than a mile away from Junction 35 of the M6 so it couldn't be easier to get to. And what's more Carnforth train station is less than 2 miles away with a bus stop on site so a car isn't needed at all to get to the Lodge or indeed to explore the area.

If arriving by car Keer Lodge benefits from it's own dedicated parking space immediately outside the lodge with an EV charger for the exclusive use of our guests.

Any reservation is for the full use of our privately owned lodge at Pine Lake Resort and includes complimentary access to the leisure centre and on-site facilities. We have no control of the on-site facilities and cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any closure/non admittance of any the facilities at Pine Lake Resort, as such no partial or full refunds will be issued if any resort facilities are not operating/closed.

Beautiful lodge

Had a great few days in the beautiful lodge had everything you could want amazing views,totally private the only neighbours were the ducks lovely and warm great tv nice shower everything in the kitchen to make a meal if needed nice pub food about 10 mins away the malt shovel at Warton village Mark was a brilliant host great communication and easy to check in we will definitely be returning soon thanks again Mark

Last minute getaway

the lodge was absolutely perfect for our last min getaway . it had everything you could possibly need , including a travel cot and high chair for our 17 month old , and was pretty much spotless throughout ! the lodge was spacious and cosy , the heating was easy to use and warmed up quickly in these chilly mornings and evenings . the Pine Lakes resort as a whole was lovely ! my other half used the pool the last afternoon of our stay and was disappointed in himself for not going sooner . the bar and restaurant on site was pleasantly surprising as the food was very good ! the small indoor soft play area could use some TLC as the sponge pieces have seen better days but that didn’t bother my son :) the location of the Lake is about a 30 minute drive to Windemere and a 20 min drive to Lancaster which we enjoyed visiting both ! Windemere was especially beautiful . we would absolutely return and definitely recommend to others ! Thank you Mark x

Peaceful lodge

Perfect base for a visit to The Lakes, lovely peaceful location with a short drive to Lake Windermere and surrounding areas. Lodge is well presented and offers plenty of space with well stocked kitchen.

Lovely location

Lovely Cabin, very clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a family stay. Mark was a great host, very responsive and thought of everything we needed. Location on the lake was lovely, but such a shame that guests are not allowed to use the lake for their own boards/kayaks.

Very high standard

This is our third time staying here. The location of the lodge on the lake is just stunning, right on the lake with lots of privacy. The quality of the interior is to a very high standard and Mark ensures the place is well stocked including those extra touches like duck food and binoculars to watch the birds. There is stuff to do for all ages and weather.

Beautiful lake

Beautiful surroundings with a great little arcade that our children loved. The lake is beautiful and the wildlife, especially the ducklings, were amazing. The lodge was lovely and very clean with a great supply of towels, bedding, kitchen items etc. Mark was a really helpful host and always responsive.

Well equipped lodge

We enjoyed our time at Keer Lodge. Located by the lakeside, our daughter (6) enjoyed looking out at the birds and using the binoculars. The on-site swimming pool was used and was never overbooked and it was good fun. We also booked the tennis court, there is only one so maybe that is hard to get. The On-Site Restaurant is above average but not excellent we looked to eat out on the second day but it was hard to book a table on the day, so maybe some forward planning would help. The Cabin/Lodge was really nice and very well-equipped. We would stay again, so that says it all.

Luxury, great view and quiet

My friend and I went for 4nights wanting a quiet break. It was the perfect place. We didn't use any of the amenities on the site except the restaurant., which we found variable according to what you had ordered, some good, other meals not so good. Staff were very nice though.

Great weekend

We enjoyed a weekend away in the lodge and it was absolutely beautiful. The location and site is great, such a beautiful patio that overlooks the lake as well! All amenities in the kitchen were provided for any cooking needs or hot drinks which was great and appreciated!

Perfect location

This was our second time visiting Keer Lodge and we had another fantastic time! The lodge is immaculate and the location is perfect! We use the lodge as a base to visit our son at University. It is close to the Lake District and also Lancaster. The amenities on the site are great- we used the restaurant this visit and had a lovely meal! I have no doubt we will be visiting again soon!

Beautiful Surroundings

Keer Lodge is set in beautiful surroundings. overlooking the lake. The check in was fast and easy via reception(as was checkout). The host was very responsive to queries and very helpful. The Lodge had a parking space with electric charger which was easy to use via an App. Inside was immaculate, with everything beautifully laid out, very clean and clearly carefully created for every possibility( the kitchen had everything you might need). We stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time, we would highly recommend Keer Lodge and the host. We would definitely return.

February break

The lodge was perfect for our family getaway during the February break. Our young girls espescially loved having the lake right on the doorstep with the ducks, geese and swans all coming round to say hello. The lodge itself was modern, spotless, well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. The resort where the lodges is located had good facilities and friendly staff, the indoor pool and gym were both a good size and well equipped. We didn’t manage the water sports but can imagine this would be top of the list in warmer months. The hosts were very helpful, proactive and clear in their communication which made the whole stay from start to finish seamless. Their website and the lodge itself had lots of information about the local area too which we found useful, a particular highlight was a day to Windermere only about half hour drive away. Overall, would highly recommend.

Lovely stay!

What a lovely stay! Everything was perfect and we definitely could have stayed longer! Mark was very helpful and responsive during communications. And most importantly our 1 year old loved it! He especially loved feeding the ducks. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back! 😊

Paradise!

We are glad we chose Marks piece of quiet paradise for our short break. The cabin was modern and spacious with all amenities. Full kitchen, great shower, lounge overlooking the lake, comfy beds. The location was perfect on the shore of the lake was gorgeous. We made use of the leisure centre pool an jacuzzi and we used the bus stop to get to Lancaster (bus also goes to Kendall and Windermere). We also went hiking in the Lake District with big hikes just 60 minutes drive away. A great host!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Keer Lodge. A real “home from home”, cosy, has everything you could possibly need and the beds were so comfy. The lodge was spotless and Mark was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing time

No better place for a relaxing time. Nicely located for a trip into the lakes if required. Extremely clean and Mark very helpful with good communication and doing all he could for us. Only negative it says hot tub which we wrongly assumed would be at the cabin - however I assume he is referring to the jacuzzi in the swimming area and I feel this should be highlighted. I had a disabled family member with me who was looking forward to this, but wasn't confident going into the pool. Will definitely be back, nice easy drive from Leics Sarah
