This home is bright, airy and spacious, making it perfect for large groups. It is beautifully decorated in coastal colors and includes all the items you could possibly need to have a fantastic beach vacation.
The main floor great room is a living, dining, kitchen combination and is huge! Its furnishings are not only attractive but comfortable and provide the perfect place to gather and watch TV, play games, or create and enjoy a fantastic meal. The kitchen can easily accommodate more than one cook and is fully equipped. Open the double glass sliding doors in this area and enjoy the ocean breeze, or walk out on the spacious deck to relax.

Downstairs is the fun zone, enjoy the private pool, picnic, and play area. Here you will find both sun and shade areas and even a grass area with a hammock. This home has something for everyone in your group to enjoy!

The home has three distinct sleeping zones to perfectly house multiple families vacationing together and is perfect for children.

Zone 1 consist of three large bedrooms which share two bathrooms. In Zone 1 two of the rooms are furnished with a queen bed and two twin bunk beds in order to sleep a group of four, the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed to comfortably sleep two.

Zone 2 consist of two bedrooms, of which 1 is the Master bedroom, and the other is a double queen and shares a bathroom. Zone 3 is downstairs and consist of 1 bedroom with king bed and a bunk room with double queen bunk beds (sleeps 8!) which share a bathroom.

Overall we have 8 Queen Beds, 2 King Beds, and 2 sets of built in custom twin Bunk-beds. All beds are pillow top mattresses so everyone is your group will find the perfect place to cuddle in after a long day in the sun!

This house fit all of our needs. We absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach. .The kids loved the pool to play in after spending the day at the beach.Communication was great and when we needed some towels, they were delivered promptly.We were happily surprised to find leftover beach chairs at the house so check first before you buy some!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Short walk to perfect beach. You can see the beach from front porch. When grandchildren get too hot on the beach, they would have fun in the pool. We had 16 in our party. Plenty of room for everyone. We would rent the beach home again.

Great location!

The property location and layout of the house was fantastic. However, the home itself needs a lot of updates, particularly considering the price we paid for the house. Additionally, the kitchen wasn’t as stocked as it should’ve been for this size property.

This is an odd review. There is nothing constructive with this review. This guest mentions it needs a lot of updates? Not sure what they are referring to? If there was anything missing in the kitchen that should come with a fully stocked kitchen, we would of brought out to the guest what they thought was needed. This house has been updated frequently, including a brand new exterior paint job this spring and we continue to update as necessary. They mentioned the price they paid - this is a mid-level home and is priced exactly where it should be considering the market and the age of the home. Gulf Coast Getaways

Great Family Holiday Trip Home

We love this home sleep all 20 of my family member comfortable with no real issues. When I sat no real issues the problems was solved when I contacted the agency about them.Also home could use a little remodeling, but I would definitely stay there again.

We had 6 families with a total of 12 adults and 6 kids and the house worked really well - enough bedrooms for privacy, but a nice, large common space for meals. Only downside was very low water pressure in downstairs shower. Otherwise, location & house were great.

Keep coming back!

This house has been a tradition for me to get my children and grandchildren all together; it is like a second home. There were 18 of us this year and most of my grandkids are teenagers or older, and this house can still accommodate all of those people. A couple of things for the owners to consider: - front sliding door sticks and is hard to open/close - back sliding door is lacking an exterior handle - this wasn’t a huge deal because we have stayed here multiple times so we knew what to expect, but larger pots would be nice to be provided since the house can hold so many people. The upgrades made since we were here last were great! We will be sure to carry on our tradition of staying here in the future!

Great location and plenty of beds

We had 4 families (18) on vacation. It worked out perfectly. The kitchen/living area was large enough to accommodate all of us. There were plenty of bedrooms for us. Each parent group had their own room. Our daughters (2) shared a room and the younger boys in the group shared a room. We have a bunch of college boys (6) and the bunk room was perfect for them. They had their own area away from the main living area. The beach was a close walk. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting on the front porch enjoying the ocean breeze. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach and an evening sip in the pool.

The location was great and the house was charming but not as well maintained as the photos would indicate. There was trash around the pool area upon our arrival and a broken beer bottle in the yard. The grill still had dirty utensils from the previous tenants....really gross. I contacted the property manager immediately and she said that she would send someone over to take care of these issues immediately. They must have come by when we were all out of the house; the only thing done when we arrived back was someone had hosed off the pool deck area, but there was still trash in the landscaping. It appears that all they did was spray it into the mulch. The broken beer bottle was still in the yard. The grill had not been touched either. The dirty utensils were still laying in the same place along side the dirty grill. After I cleaned everything up we still managed to have a good time with the family. The only reason I gave a 3 Star rating for this house is the location and layout of this house. It's a shame it is not well maintained.

Again, this is an example of a poor review and entirely not accurate. Describing some trash that had blown into the yard and a dirty grill as "the house not being maintained well" is a totally bogus statement. This cries of a renter trying to get a refund. We of course came out and handled the issues and if you read the review there is nothing about the actual house they mention not being well maintained. Please read the other reviews and also take not that they do say their family enjoyed the location and had a good time, but to place this kind of review for some very minor items not even caused by us (a little trash had blown into yard and someone tossed a beer bottle at some point in time) is absurd.

Family vacation

Overall, our time was great. We always have the best time together each year. Still trying to find an exact place to stay each year and this one came soooo close! The house is bigger than we expected. Most properties describe how plentiful the sleeping space is, but tend to be crammed. Not this house... There was so much space to move around and enjoy each other. Pool was a plus! Great entertaining spot for the kiddos when the adults want to unwind at the end of the day. We didn't have any kids under 10, so the very short walk to the beach was a breeze and the beautiful area made the short walk even more pleasant had a wonderful night on the porch grilling with the plentiful space for dining. All I would suggest is a larger pot/pan availability and bigger oven/stove since we're trying to cook for such a large group. On a slight downfall, being that we come during football season our men still love to keep up w the games throughout the weekend. TV's never worked and being we were there thursday through monday no one was able to come out to help. So needless to say, we had to spend quite a bit of money to find a place to accommodate such a large group to keep up w the scores on both Saturday and Sunday and had plenty dinner time foods we already purchased go to waste. For a mom in the group I wouldnt have been too concerned about missing the games, but we wouldnt have heard the end of it from our husbands and hope the property can find better ways to accommodate when all of their satellite/internet systems are down. If we decide to come outside of any gaming seasons then this will definitely be our home to choose.

Thanks for the great review! Big family groups love this house and we are glad you found that out. The TV issue was a bad Tivo/DVR box that is provided by the cable provider mediacom. It took us 8 days to finally get them to come out and replace the box, this has been done and now the TV cable system is operating as normal. We unfortunately often have TV cable issues and we are beholden to the 3rd party provider to fix and repair when we have issues. A beautiful disaster

We were renting this home for our wedding party and for our wedding dinner to follow our beach wedding. When we arrived I had noticed they had built structures under the home in which we had planned to set up for our reception dinner. This was never posted in any photos nor was I informed. I figured we will just have to make it work and continued on to enter the home. I entered on the first lower level and was smacked in the face with a very strong smell of mold. Not just a musty mildew smell which can be common in these areas. This was mold. I left the door open and walked away to allow it to air out some. After coming back to look the house seemed very clean but I could see where there had been water damage and that’s where the smell was coming from. The upper levels of the home didn’t smell of mold so long as we kept the door closed upstairs. Everything else was very clean and nice. However we could not stay in this unit due to the fact that my son has a lung disease and the last time this has occurred it set my son into the ER. So when it comes to mold we do not hesitate to leave as well as my mother having massive health issues as well and the smell of mold was coming from her room. When I contacted The owner about this they wanted to simply send maintenance with some buckets to take the smell out. I tried to inform her that this was not enough and it seemed like I was getting attitude. I asked for a dehumidifier and she said that wasn’t possible because she couldn’t order one until after we had left. I asked why couldn’t somebody go purchase one from the store and I got more attitude. She hung up and said she’d see what she could do. She called back told me that they could bring me a dehumidifier as well I then informed her about my son having these health issues and that this wasn’t just about a bad smell this was about health and safety. She hung up once again and said she would see what she can do. She was able to offer us an entirely different home that we wouldn’t be able to move until the next day so we sent our family members with health issues to stay in a hotel for the night While the rest of us stayed upstairs. The new home was beautiful, more up-to date. Overall I was very happy by the end of our stay even through grumpy customer service. We would have been just happy as well with the orginally booked home had it been mold free. Would I stay again? I would book a newer home with GCG not an older home.

This review is truly unfair and quite incredible. The guest was in the house for less than 18 hours. We have had 24 separate groups in the house prior to this guest with no complaint like this. There is not mold in the house and to say so on a review due to their 2 year old having a reaction is just wrong. This guest was moved to a bigger and much more expensive property. We did not charge anything additional and we allowed this guest to have their event at the new house. This guest left the new accommodations trashed from the event and it costs extra money to clean up after them. This guest has been placed on our "no longer welcome" list. over all property is out dated

property needs some up grading, front steps are getting pretty bad shape, the land scaping is terrible , alot of rust showing from screws in the wood around the out side of house, floors in high travel area of house should be redone , they are dirty looking , for the kind of money you ask to rent, i expected a little more , its nothing that time and money would't fix ,,,,, ,,, liner in pool was pulled away from top , oven wouldn't bake had to use convection heat

Just as advertised

Place is very large, plenty of beds, and just a short walk to the beach. Parked 4 cars with no problems, could have parked 6-7. Some aging, but not where it mattered. Large kitchen, easy for plenty to cook and eat at the same time.
