Awesome! Thank you for the great review and we are glad you had a great stay. We hope to have you back soon! Gulf Coast Getaways

This is an odd review. There is nothing constructive with this review. This guest mentions it needs a lot of updates? Not sure what they are referring to? If there was anything missing in the kitchen that should come with a fully stocked kitchen, we would of brought out to the guest what they thought was needed. This house has been updated frequently, including a brand new exterior paint job this spring and we continue to update as necessary. They mentioned the price they paid - this is a mid-level home and is priced exactly where it should be considering the market and the age of the home. Gulf Coast Getaways

Thank you for the great 5 star review! Some more good news is the house is being painted this winter/spring so it will look even better! Hope to have you back soon, Gulf Coast Getaways

Thank you for the great review. We also will get that pressure checked on the downstairs shower and see if we can get that fixed! Thanks again and hope to have you back soon. Gulf Coast Getaways

Thank you for the excellent review, we love happy customers! Hope to have you back soon - Gulf Coast Getaways

Again, this is an example of a poor review and entirely not accurate. Describing some trash that had blown into the yard and a dirty grill as "the house not being maintained well" is a totally bogus statement. This cries of a renter trying to get a refund. We of course came out and handled the issues and if you read the review there is nothing about the actual house they mention not being well maintained. Please read the other reviews and also take not that they do say their family enjoyed the location and had a good time, but to place this kind of review for some very minor items not even caused by us (a little trash had blown into yard and someone tossed a beer bottle at some point in time) is absurd.

Thanks for the great review! Big family groups love this house and we are glad you found that out. The TV issue was a bad Tivo/DVR box that is provided by the cable provider mediacom. It took us 8 days to finally get them to come out and replace the box, this has been done and now the TV cable system is operating as normal. We unfortunately often have TV cable issues and we are beholden to the 3rd party provider to fix and repair when we have issues. Quite honestly none of them are that efficient but we schedule the repairs as quickly as they will allow. Thanks again for the solid review and hope to have you back soon! Gulf Coast Getaways

This review is truly unfair and quite incredible. The guest was in the house for less than 18 hours. We have had 24 separate groups in the house prior to this guest with no complaint like this. There is not mold in the house and to say so on a review due to their 2 year old having a reaction is just wrong. This guest was moved to a bigger and much more expensive property. We did not charge anything additional and we allowed this guest to have their event at the new house. This guest left the new accommodations trashed from the event and it costs extra money to clean up after them. This guest has been placed on our "no longer welcome" list. We are sorry for the future guests for having to read this. Gulf Coast Getaways

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re glad to hear you had a great stay. We really appreciate your suggestion about labeling the light switches, especially with so many lights throughout the house. We will reach out to owner to see if that is something they would like to add. That’s a great idea, and we’ll definitely look into making that more convenient for future guests. Thanks again for staying with us—we hope to welcome you back soon! Warm coastal wishes, Gulf Coast Getaways Team
