Green Acres is set amidst the rural picturesque countryside of Kettlesing and is situated 6 miles west from the spa town of Harrogate in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our cosy, comfortable apartment is attached to our family home overlooking farmland. We are the ideal base to explore many places of interest which the area has to offer as well as venturing further afield to visit Skipton, Knaresborough, York & Leeds to name but a few.
Ideal for walking, cycling or a romantic, relaxing retreat. The local pub is a two-minute walk away serving real ales & home cooked food.

A place to unwind... The body, mind & soul - Cherry Blossom Treatment room is adjacent to the property and offers facials, massages, manicures & pedicures.

Visiting the area with friends then please check out our Cherry Blossom Cottage next door which sleeps 4 people.

Brilliant short break

So enjoyed staying in this amazing property. Warm, cosy, super clean with absolutely everything needed. Fantastic location with pub, lovely views and walks plus very near to Harrogate, Ripon and Ripley Castle. Would highly recommend

few days away

Lovely Clean Apartment.

Lovely apartment, although I would describe it as a cottage. The owner has furnished the apartment to a high standard, very clean and beautifully furnished, excellent WIFI connection. The owner is close by and available If needed, but we did not have any problems. The area is outstanding for walks and very quiet. Would recommend the Queens Head pub/restaurant only 10 mins walk from the apartment, Harrogate and York are close. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to stay again.

A wonderful experience

Superb accomodation, very clean and well organised, the location was perfect, near to Harrogate, Skipton, Ripon and also not far away from York. It was very quiet and the total opposite of the city life we both endure. Highly recommend the accomodation, it had everything you need, a bedroom for 2 people, lovely bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen, the views were stunning too. Very pleasant hosts and clearly a very well run business. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. Gary & Pam (Manchester)

Perfect place to stay

The cottage was in a lovely quiet location. It was very cosy. You felt right at home as soon as you walked through the door. Everything was very clean and tidy and well presented. The facilities were of a high standard and well considered. I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay and would certainly stay again. My sincere thanks to the host.

Cosy little hideaway

Beautiful, warm, cosy annex tucked away in the Yorkshire countryside yet not too far from Harrogate. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, including a welcome refreshments pack and delicious chocolate biscuits. We enjoyed an excellent meal in the Queens Head pub which is just round the corner and there are some good walks with beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay again.

Cute Cottage With Everything You Need

We loved this exceptionally clean and thoughtfully furnished cottage for our five nights' stay. It was very cosy and comfortable and ideal for a couple seeking countryside accommodation within easy reach of the local pub and not far from Harrogate.

Lovely cottage.

The cottage was lovely,the owner has provided everything you would need for your stay. Stayed for four nights and would have no hesitation in returning for another break.

Very nice stay

The cottage is very clean, well equipped and in a very beautiful environment. Ideal for visiting the Yorkshire Dales. We enjoyed our stay very much. Juliet is an excellent host!

Cozy cottage in rural setting

Beautiful Apartment and Location

Apartment very clean, comfortable and well equipped, suited us perfectly for a week stay in Yorkshire. Central location for touring the Dales and Moor, village just north of the A59. Location very peaceful with a pub serving meals within a couple of minutes walk. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
