This modern apartment has a large and comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful rest, and a full bathroom with everything you need for your comfort.



The living room is bright, with a comfortable sofa and modern decoration that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so you can prepare your meals with ease.



Enjoy a private balcony with panoramic sea views, ideal for starting the day with a coffee or relaxing in the evening with the Mediterranean breeze.

Sea bliss

The terrace of this beautiful apartment has an unobstructed view of the promenade and the sea. It’s minutes from the beach, and there are endless restaurants from which to choose. The apartment is well-equipped for your needs. It’s just lovely.

Perfection! Great location, everything we needed. It was my husband and our 4 year old and the balcony overlooking the sea and the promenade was perfect for my early morning coffee and for evenings after our child was sleeping. The host messaged back quickly and was helpful -not that we had any real needs. The flat was clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs -but that’s how you get the view and we don’t mind stairs. Cannot wait to come back and stay in this exact place again.

Great apartment on the water

This apartment had the most beautiful view. It was a short walk from all the bus stops we needed. Very clean and good amenities. You do have to walk up quite a few steps to get to it but that was not a problem for us. Also, if you stay Friday through Sunday and sleep on the sofa bed, bring some ear plugs. There is a local club that blares music until 3 am. Earplugs worked fine and I got a good nights sleep. Not a problem in the bedroom.

Great Beach Location

Apartment was clean and roomy! Check in was fast and easy. Located close to multiple public transportation options and in between to taxi stands just a brief walk away. There are approximately 40 steps to apartment that might be an issue for some people. We had no issues and considered the view of the beach worth it. The marina club does play music most evenings that can be heard from apartment balcony. We could not hear the music once we closed up apartment for evening in bedroom so it did not cause any issues for sleeping. Many amazing restaurants within a short walk. Two quick grocery stores less than a half Kilometer walk.

Title: Joan's Oceanfront Apartment: A Perfect Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Joan's oceanfront apartment in Valencia, Spain for six weeks. The apartment was absolutely stunning. It was clean, and spacious, and had a beautiful balcony with stunning views of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The location could not have been better, as the apartment was surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Joan was an excellent host. She was very responsive to messages, and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She even gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. I would highly recommend Joan's apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay at the beach in Valencia. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars Pros: Clean and spacious apartment Beautiful balcony with stunning views of the ocean Comfortable bed Working AC Great location Excellent host Close to public transportation Cons: No major cons to report Overall: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Joan's apartment. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und geräumig, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird und das Highlight ist der große Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und den Hafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und stets zuvorkommend. Die Ausgangslage der Wohnung ist top. Man ist direkt am Strand, an der Promenade gibt es sehr viele Lokale und sowohl Busse als auch die Metro fahren nur wenige Meter entfernt direkt bis ins Stadtzentrum oder auch zum Flughafen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine klare Weiterempfehlung für diese schöne Wohnung.
