This brand new luxurious 5 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.
As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. There is one double and two twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets. On this floor you also have the benefit of a built in utility area with washing machine, sink and tumble drier.
One of hte biggest luxuries of this villa is the roof terrace that is complete with a seating area and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a drink after a long day in the sun, whilst appreciating the sea views.
Downstairs from the main living area you will find a further 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with a single bed, both have en-suite bathrooms, there is also a further living room and kitchen area on this floor with access to the outside staircase leading directly to the garden area.
Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with built in sink and worktop for cooking outdoors, covered seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.
The ideal 5 star villa, in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break.
