Villa Kees is a beautiful, luxurious, air-conditioned villa, a dream for families with children. There is a large playground with climbing equipment, swings and tramplines, a boules court and a panoramic view. Villa Kees has a large, fenced plot with private, heatable pool, and pool house, near the well-known and beloved Lorgues. This village is known for its renowned restaurants and wineries. Every Tuesday there is a market where you can buy fresh, local produce and then settle down on one of the terraces. The golf course of Saint Endreol is less than 30km away and the sandy beaches of Sainte-Maxime less than 45km from this villa.

From the driveway you overlook the pool and reach the parking area. The pool has a beautiful shape and is equipped with a water alarm. There is a pool house with plancha and fridge and next to the pool is a shower. Enjoy your meals 'al fresco' in the pool house or on the covered terrace adjacent to the villa. The grounds are flat and for children there is a table tennis table, a climbing set with swings and a trampoline.

Inside a spacious living area with large glass windows that give you the unprecedented views. The sitting area is by the fireplace, by extension a dining table and looking through you can see the bar that gives access to the kitchen. In the hall a guest toilet and access to the two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, also each with its own bathroom. In all the bedrooms there are two luxury continental beds against each other.
