Semi-detached townhouse for 8 people, just 50 meters from the beach and amenities in the area known as Las Ventanicas in Mojacar Playa.<br><br><br>IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SWIMMING POOLS<br>We do not guarantee the use of community pools outside of the summer season. The pools will be open from July 1st to August 31st.
