Welcome to my home!

The spacious living room features a comfy sofa, where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space and has access to a private backyard and a peaceful area with garden furniture such as chairs, a table, and a barbecue.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.

With plenty of light and a warm ambiance, the bedroom features a double and a single bed equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It also has a working desk.

Last but not least, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. You also have a washing machine for your laundry.

The home is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests have access to most of the surrounding space. You can enjoy the barbecue area, the terrace and the long land with several trees and peaceful views.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Alcantara-Terra, is a 33-minute drive.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
