Kalma Exi, a stunning Halkidiki villa with a private pool, is a luxurious two-story hideaway in the charming village of Gremia Nea Moudania Halkidiki. With a mere 500m walk to the sparkling sea, local tavernas and the beach, you'll be just 40 minutes away from the airport.


With room for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, this 100 square metre space surrounded by 6000 square metres of beautiful grounds is perfect for families or groups of friends. Kalma Exi boasts a massive 3.50x6.00 metre private swimming pool with a terrace and outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a cosy lounge for those moments of indoor comfort.
With a double bedroom on the upper floor and another double bedroom and a family shower, you'll have all the space you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features a twin bedroom, a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and diner, and a family shower.

Our stay was very nice

We had a great time at Kalma Villa

We had a great time at Kalma Villa. Kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the sea view and the confort of the house. The living room is large, the terrace as well. The villa is clean, the small garden is well kept and the pool is cleaned every 3 days. Massoutis is close enough to go by foot. Moudania is a nice area, with tavernas, restaurants, beach, even an open market (every Wednesday).

All around just an amazing place

All around just an amazing place. Mario’s was very responsive and so so welcoming! We loved the atmosphere. The villas are quite close together, but they did their best to create privacy. The view was well worth every penny and the beds were very comfortable!

Kalmas Villas - a place you won't want to leave

A beautiful townhouse with its own pool and fantastic views. Spacious rooms, good kitchen and dining area both inside and out. Close to a large supermarket and beach. The town offers authentic Greek restaurants that are just what you can only dream of. (but beware - the “tourist restaurants” are also there. We had a fantastic week with a host who welcomed us, showed us around and answered questions and gave good information. Kalmas Villas - a place you won't want to leave!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in May. The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The garden and pool area were peaceful, private, and ideal for soaking up the sun.The weather in May was perfect – warm days, cooler evenings, and plenty of sunshine.Our host was very welcoming and helpful, always available if we had any questions.I can really recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Greece in a peaceful and comfortable setting.

This place is exquisit! It is beautifully located in a very peaceful surrounding! The view from the balconies and the yard are breathtaking!It has everything one may need for a great vacation - good amenities, spacious house, warm hospitality. I felt so good there that immediately wanted to come back again :)If you are searching for a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing place for your vacation, don`t think twice and visit Sofronios` place! There are some great beaches on an easy distance with crystal clear and shallow water.Thanks a lot for the warm hospitability! We would definitely come back again :)

Perfect Seaside Getaway

Villas directly at seafront. Lovely private lawn and great terrace. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. Not far from motorway but very quiet. Parking at the doorstep. . Nicely done interior and small. Everything was great! A possible idea to make it even more attractive: install small dishwasher?

Locația este precum sloganul lor “heaven on earth”! Sunt atenți la nevoile turiștilor, casa este echipată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a locui acolo! Comunicare a fost foarte bună cu Marios, a fost mereu la dispoziția noastră când am avut o nevoie. Dorința noastră este să revenim în acest loc! Mulțumim Marios! (EN: The location is like their slogan “heaven on earth”! They are attentive to the needs of tourists, the house is equipped with everything you need to live there! Communication was very good with Marios, he was always at our disposal when we needed something. Our desire is to return to this place! Thank you Marios!)
