Cette élégante maison de vacances en bord de mer fait partie d’un complexe de 8 logements entouré d’un beau jardin et adjacent à un bosquet.
Les 8 unités sont disponibles à la location.
Il est mitoyen, indépendant et facilement accessible, avec sa longue plage de sable fin et sa mer d'un bleu limpide juste à l'extérieur de la porte du jardin. Rez-de-chaussée Maison No 1, 110 m² pour 6 personnes, se compose de: 1 coin cuisine-salle à manger-séjour avec cheminée, 1 chambre double, 1 chambre à lits jumeaux et un espace simple avec un coin salon, un bureau, deux lits simples et un lavabo relié au niveau supérieur par un escalier intérieur en bois.
Un lit bébé (120 X 60) ou un lit pour enfant (160 X70) peuvent également être ajoutés à l'une des chambres à la suite d'un accord.

La cuisine est équipée avec réfrigérateur, 4 plaques de cuisson avec four, machine à café, ustensiles de cuisine et à manger.

Sont également inclus: draps en coton, 1 grande et 1 petite serviette par personne (pour utilisation à l'intérieur uniquement).
Draps et serviettes fournis chaque semaine.
Toutes nos maisons ont une vue imprenable sur l'eau et le vert qui entoure la propriété. Ils sont baignés de soleil et refroidis par la brise marine.
La plage de sable et l’eau scintillante sont à couper le souffle et si accueillantes que vous pourrez en profiter du matin au soir au clair de lune.

Belle maison, situation exceptionnelle sur la plage, spectaculaire vue, propriétaires merveilleux

Geomare est une magnifique maison avec une situation exceptionnelle sur la plage, avec une spectaculaire vue directe sur la mer! En réalité, la maison est plus belle que les photos et offre tous les agréments mentionnés ci-dessus. Les propriétaires sont merveilleux. Penelope, Konstantinos, Alexandra et Nadia faire tout leur meilleur pour vous détendre et vous sentir bien dès le premier instant. Nous recommandons cette maison pour les familles avec de nombreux membres et pour les groupes d’amis. Ville de Nea Kallikratia est étroite et offre toutes les possibilités d’approvisionnement, mais aussi de plaisir.

Incredible hospitality at Alexandra house at Geoponika Beach

We spent 2 weeks at Penelope's and Konstantino's property at Nea Propondida/Geoponika beach in the Alexandra apartment. Before coming, I have had numerous inquiries and Penelope was simply incredible in researching events for us, providing recommendations, providing information about anything I asked. The place is ideal for families who want to get away from main tourist conglomerations - it is peaceful, accessible, close to small towns with necessary infrastructure. Big supermarket Liedl is 5 minutes away by car, but Nea Kallikratea is a nearby (2 miles) town bustling with local shops, restaurants, and other necessities. Right next to the apartment complex is a hotel which offers fantastic services for lunch, dinner - we hung out there quite a bit as well because of food quality and cordiality of staff. The apartment is impeccably clean, full of light, there are showers outside to get your beach sand off - there is a small meditation garden in the back; there is greenery and shrubs like lavender all perfectly watered and maintained. Owners, Konstantino and Penelope are around most of the time and we tremendously enjoyed conversations about Greece, world, and social contact. Water at Geoponika is crystal clear - there were days when current brought in seagrass, but it would clear up by mornings. The beach is clean - little pebbly when you enter so it helps to have beach shoes, but that part of the beach has a shallow area that goes way into the Aegean sea - so for quite a distance adults have very sandy and clear bottom under their feet - it is truly wonderful. Along he beach there are some bars and palapas with chairs - we did not use those because the apartment had beach chairs and everything we needed, but many young people were congregating there - at night things were very quiet and peaceful. Most people come on weekend as they tend to be local - during the week the beach was half empty yet lively. We were a mix of adults and a teenager - he found fishing spots and enjoyed that as well. You can buy a fishing rod in New Kalikratea. Thessaloniki is 35 minutes away by car but we only went there once - it is hard to park there on the sea strip, but Alexander the Great monument, the Tower, and the boardwalk are worth seeing. Finally, on a clear day from Geoponika you can see Mt Olympus. It is a lovely place, but the most wonderful are the people who run it - thank you for making our long awaited family reunion such a trea

inakzeptabel die zustände, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet

die hälfte der Wohnung war Keller 3/4 Unterirdisch 1/4 draussen, bei eine Zimmer Höhe von 2.5 Meter habe ich keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zum öffnen geschweige raus zu schauen, der Preis war aber auch nicht vermindert für den Keller, alle 3 Tagen Kamm um 07:30 Uhr der Fikalien LKW zum Lehren, also Erholung Pur, ist nicht zum Empfehlen.

Wundervoll!

Diese Ferienwohnung war traumhaft. Einzig das doch ein paar mehr Autos auf der Strandstraße sind als auf den Bildern zu sehen, aber auch dies ist gar kein Problem. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, sehr nette Vermieter die falls es Probleme gibt sehr schnell nach Lösungen suchen. Danke!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben dort als Familie mit unseren 4 Kindern (Jugendliche) unseren Urlaub verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Betreuung durch die sehr freundlichen Vermieter vor Ort ist hervorragend. Auch die vorherige Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und unproblematisch. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Strand gesucht und dort gefunden. Fußläufig gibt es verschiedene Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ca. 5 - 10 Autominuten von der FEWO entfernt. Der nächstgelegene Ort (Nea Kallikratia, mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) ist 3,5 km entfernt und mit dem Auto in ca. 5 min zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr mit dem Service und dem Essen im Restaurant Ela Do Kollas zufrieden. Wir bedanken uns sehr bei Familie Dadakis für den herzlichen Empfang, die Begleitung vor Ort und den Willkommens- und Abschiedsgruß.

Beautiful Seefront House

The apartment (number 1) is very cozy, spacious, beautifully furnished. There are two bedrooms with small balconies, spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom and a very nice and large patio in shade, with beautiful view to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped (large fridge with freezer, oven, with full table and cookware). The apartments are placed in a very nice and well maintained garden only few steps from the beach. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. The owners of the property are very kind and professional providing excellent customer service. Geoponika bay is a 1,5 km long sandy beach with clear turquoise sea. There are several restaurants close to the house, beach facilities but not crowded. The surrounding settlement manly consists of vacation houses of the citizens from Thessaloniki therefore the vibe of the place is different from those commercialized tourism focused places. Thessaloniki is only half an hour drive away offering plenty possibilities for different activities. There are also several very nice villages around to visit and Casandra and Sithonia are less than one hour drive away perfect for daily trips. Alongside the seaside there is a very nice road without traffic for running, biking and walking. The place is perfect for relaxing holiday but also with interesting places to visit and lovely beaches and astonishing sea to enjoy.

Living on the beach

We spent 7 days with our 3 kids (9, 6 and less than 1 year old) at this location. We enjoyed every day of our stay as much as one can only hope. I liked two aspects of the property in particular, which I also wont to point out here: 1. PREMIUM QUALITY: Owner is an engineer, and you can tell this at each and every step. All the systems and devices in the apartments are in absolutely impecable condition. Most of the devices and installations are German make. It all just feels and looks high quality. 2. HOSPITALITY: We had some health issues, that is our kids had them as it is often the case with little kids. It's too little to say the owner of the property helped us when we were in need of help. One of the owner family members actually took us from one Thessaloniki hospital to the next and finally to the only open pharmacy in the city in the middle of the night and left only when the issue was taken care of. To me, this is the highest level of hospitality I can possibly imagine. I highly recommend this property to families with children. You'll best learn to appreciate having the beach in front of your door after spending an august day in a car on the roud with your little kids. Book here and you need not to worry.

Great place, great hosts!

We were really impressed by this place, it is EXACTLY as in the pictures. We spent 7 nights there, a family of 4 adults and one child and we had everything we might have needed: kitchen fully equipped (we had breakfast in the apartment, a supermarket is in 5 min by car), clean and white towels and linen, sun in the balcony to dry up the beach towels, shadow in the patio to have our coffee while looking at the sea, air conditioned to refresh the space inside, etc. The place is right near the beach, only the road between the yard and the sea. The sea is not so good for snorkeling as it is in the Chalkidiki resorts but the water is clean and deepens slowly as you enter (very good for small children) while the beach is sandy. A tavern (not very expensive) is in 50 m, with nice food. All in all, everything was good, thanks to our host Penelope who provided us with all needed information before arrival as well as after arrival. We made the best out of our vacation and I would get back anytime as well as I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, relaxing vacation. My only regret is I couldn't stay more. :)

Beautiful!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and nice decorated! At night You can hear the waves and in the morning look through the window and see blue sky, sun and beautiful sea! Like a dream! We had a very pleasant holiday. Beach is across the street, and it's very nice especially for kids. There are a several restaurants and bars nearby with reasonable prices. Kind people, ready to help... It was very nice experience!!!

Sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Gastgeber!

Die Anlage ist super sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten eine schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang! An jedem Raum der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Balkon, was sehr charmant ist. In der Nähe ist eine freundliche Taverne in der man auch gut frühstücken kann. Die Gastgeberin ist total zuvorkommend und nett, alles war gepflegt und sauber und sogar frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Wer einen schönen Griechenlandurlaub erleben möchte kann hier Ruhe bekommen, ist aber dicht genug an dem kleinen Ort, wo man auch ein wenig bummeln kann. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir waren sehr zufrieden, nocheinmal vielen Dank für die liebe Betreuung! Fam.Ollech aus Deutschland

beautifull place

the property is very clean, well maintained , and for the first time we found the rental appearance more beautiful than listing photos , furniture is very elegant , the view is wonderful, you can see the sea from all parts of the flat ,and sun is entering all the rooms , owner is very helpful and helped us a lot , we strongly recommend this property to our friends and we hope to return again .
