Fantastic and modern apartment located in a very quiet private urbanization. Furnished, with large terrace and stunning views over the port, surrounding mountains and Soller. It has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. The terrace, located on a higher level, has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun loungers for sunbathing. Swimming pool to share between the 3 apartments. Not recommended for people with limited mobility, since access is through stairs.
We recommend arriving by car, since the apartments are on a hill and the supermarket is not nearby. Easy parking.
The beach, restaurants and shops are a 15 minute walk away.
The terrace is 1 level above the apartment.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and with a great view. We had rented a car but often we walked down to the town and the beach - it was a good walk down and up the hills

Amazing view

We had a great stay. The highlight was the amazing view, outdoor space and proximity to beautiful nature walks and coastline. It's a bit of a walk from Port de Soller. A few things to be aware of; the internet is not great and there's no drinking water.

Nice apartment but oh the steps

The property is lovely BUT there are over 30 steps to access the property and a further flight to get to the terrace. This was not advertised but was notified in the week prior to travelling. If I had realised the amount of stairs involved at the time of booking I would never have booked this property.

Great location with a fantastic view over the port, but you need a car if you‘re handicapped walking uphill. Nice, spacious and clean appartment with a clean pool (shared). Half way down stop at Es Mirall for a Sangria. We‘ll come back.

Fabulous views of the bay from large private rooftop terrace

Spacious and clean apartment in a quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the beach/restaurants - uphill on the way back! But this means great views from super outdoor terrace area. About 30 steps up to the apartment. Reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Good prompt communication with Regina, the host.

A spacious apartment with a really good view.

We stayed a week, two adults and two seventeen year olds. The apartment worked perfectly for us, it’s great to have two bathrooms. We used the rooftop deck for eating meals, and just relaxing. The pool is super nice, and refreshing. Only a short drive away, we watched the sunset. It’s a lot of stairs to get around the property, so maybe it would be challenging to move around with small children or for ones with difficulties with mobility. The landlord is really welcoming and nice, and did her best to make our holiday perfect.

Wonderful apartment.

Brilliant apartment in the beautiful port of Sóller. It is located just outside the port so is nice and quiet. It is a 15minute walk to the start of the port so I would agree that as advised you need a car or taxi. The apartment was spotless and we had no problems whosoever. The view from the patio/balcony down over the port is sensational (apartment 2). Air conditioning worked a treat. The vendor was extremely helpful during the booking, arrival and departure. We will absolutely come back !

We never ended up staying at this rental! The house sat on a very steep and narrow road. The property itself was on a very steep hill. At least 15 flight of stairs to the apartment. Which was not mentioned on the website. Only after, did the manager send a message via email st

Outstanding

This is almost certainly the best place we have stayed. The apartment is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated. I cannot explain the views from the terrace. The photos don't even do it justice. It is spectacular. The whole way around the bay and marina. Beautiful at night too. The partial cover of the terrace was great in the heat. Regina is a super host with so much knowledge of the area. We definitely advise a car. Car hire is very cheap, works out a little more than a taxi. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and we look forward to returning again.

Eine schöne und große Unterkunft. Sehr gute und einfache Kommunikation mit der Ferienwohnungsverwaltung. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden schnell gemacht bzw. es wurde improvisiert. Das W-Lan ist so la,la und es gibt kein richtiges Fernsehprogramm (wers braucht), aber für uns war das Geamtpaket in Ordnung.

Einfach schön

Toll! Schöne Unterkunft, einfach eingerichtet, gepflegt und geräumig. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick über den Port ist fantastisch und auch am Pool kann man super entspannen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Tolle Aussicht mit Baustellenlärm

Die Wohnung stimmt mit den Fotos und Beschreibungen überein. Leider riechen beide Bäder sowie das hintere Schlafzimmer recht muffig und die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich sauber: in den Küchenschubladen und Schränken wurde schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. Absolut ärgerlich war die Tatsache, das die tolle Dachterasse sowie der schöne Pool für uns nicht nutzbar waren: direkt gegenüber des Hauses wird gerade ein Haus mit täglichem Maschineneinsatz abgerissen/renoviert. Bei diesem Lärm kann keiner den Urlaub auf Terrasse oder Pool genießen. Der Vermieter hat uns leider weder dazu informiert, noch war er im Nachgang dazu bereit, uns im Preis entgegen zu kommen!
