Equipped with a 75” SMART TV featuring Netflix and IPTV system, the area also accommodates two plush sofas, complemented by chairs for six. Complimentary WIFI enhances connectivity, while a sliding patio door leads to the alfresco dining area, alongside the pool terrace, hot tub, and pool table, all overlooking panoramic seafront vistas.



Kitchen:

The modern, open-plan kitchen is outfitted with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, with a convenient access door to the washing machine and utility area.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom:

The master suite features a king-sized bed (air-conditioned) and an additional double bed, ideal for a young family, with a fully fitted dressing room adjacent, offering sea views and access to the pool terrace. An en-suite bathroom comprises WC, bidet, bath with shower, and a vanity mirror.



Bedroom 2 & 3:

Two twin bedrooms each include bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, and vanity mirrors, with picturesque pool terrace and sea views from the windows.



Family Shower Room and Cloakroom:

A separate shower room and a cloakroom with WC and hand wash basin complete the accommodation facilities.



Pool and Sun Terrace:

The shaded al fresco dining area, accessible from the master bedroom and living room, is complemented by a pool table, modern jacuzzi hot tub, and an electrically heated private pool (November to April), surrounded by sun beds. Approximately 5 kilometers from Playa Blanca, the villa offers easy access to the seafront promenade, local bars/cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants within a 5–10-minute walk. Reliable taxi and bus services facilitate exploration of the surrounding areas.



Parking and Accessibility:

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa provides parking for two vehicles and is entirely on one level for easy accessibility.



Cleaning Service:

A fully prepared arrival and departure clean is included, with additional cleaning and change of linen/towels provided weekly or mid-stay for longer stays. Linen, towels, and pool/beach towels are all provided for guest convenience.



Prices and Occupancy:

Rates are based on up to four guests sharing, with supplemental charges for additional occupants. Children under two years old stay free, and cots/high chairs are available upon request for an additional fee. A refundable Damage Bond is payable, with the option of an Accidental Damage Waiver.
