About this space
Relax and unwind in this beautiful, spacious cottage located on a working organic farm.
Sleeping 8 - 10, Beltie Byre has 3 great size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms (one with log burner) and a fully equipped kitchen so plenty of room for the entire family.
With gorgeous views over the countryside beyond, the cottage is the perfect escape both in summer & winter time and the ideal base to explore everything the stunning region of Dumfries & Galloway has to offer!

The space
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on an organic working farm, set amid the stunning scenery of Dumfries and Galloway.
Beltie Byre cottage and the farm are surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside of D&G offering plenty to see and do including, walking, cycling, fishing, golfing and horse riding.
The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious and will easily accommodate 8 guests.
On the ground floor you will find the open plan kitchen, sitting room & dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and large dining table make for great social meal times.
The sitting room with it's comfortable sofas and log burner is the perfect spot for a relaxing evening after a fun filled day of activities. In the summer months open the French doors for a welcoming warm breeze and beautiful views across the countryside, in wintertime, the log burner makes the cottage a warm and welcoming delight!
Enjoy morning coffee, breakfast or an evening glass of wine on the outdoor seating on the patio area just outside the French doors.
Also on the ground floor are two of the three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a large family room with a double and 2 single beds, plenty of storage space and a shower room right next door.
Bedroom 2 is also a good size with a double bed, good storage space and the benefit of an en-suite wet room which is ideal for guests with restricted mobility.
Climb the charming crafted staircase to the gallery level on the first floor where you will find a large second sitting room. Ideal for when the kids want to watch their tv shows, family games night or simply as a quiet snug to curl up with a good book for a couple of hours.
The third bedroom is also located on the first floor with 2 single beds and again has it's own en-suite shower room.
Beltie Byre will always give it's guests a warm welcome and many return time and again, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Guests will have access to the entire property and patio area.

Furry friends are welcome for an additional cost of £30.00 to cover additional cleaning costs.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
