Our guests will enjoy stunning 210 degree views of Tortola to the North, the Cow & Calf reef and St. Croix to the South, Christmas Cove and St. John to the East, and majestic unobstructed sunsets over Fiddler’s Hat and the Caribbean to the West. Architecturally designed by Scott Natvig the estate boasts a Tropical Modern style typical of the great luxurious estates of the Caribbean. The grounds are professionally landscaped and maintained showcasing exotic trees, lush gardens, and peaceful sitting areas for morning coffee and sunset gazing.

Close by are 4 diamond restaurants and Resorts; The Ritz Carlton, The Elysian, The St. Thomas Yacht Club, Red Hook, American Yacht Harbor Marina, are all less than a 10-minute drive.

Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time on the island is available on the East End of the Island: Yacht Charter Services, SCUBA diving, day sails, grocery store, butcher, restaurants bars and nightlife, rental car agencies, ferry services to all other island destinations, etc.

Private excursions can be provided to other locations by helicopter, plane or yacht. The jet and plane service is out of the airport downtown, yacht and boat charters will depart from American Yacht Harbor.

About Danny Hanley

Mr. Hanley is a Co-Founder and Principal of Cenergetix LLC and has been involved in developing efficiency solutions for hospitality and commercial building owners and operators throughout the US and Canada.

Mr. Hanley’s interest in efficiency operations started in 1997 when he purchased a property to develop and build “Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant.” He continues to evaluate and introduce exciting efficiency solutions to commercial clients, successfully completing over 3,000 projects, improving efficiency in over 10 million square feet of facilities.

Mr. Hanley continues to lead the Cenergetix team in securing rebate incentives and executing efficiency initiatives for their clients. To date, Cenergetix LLC has secured over $12.0 M in rebate incentives for their clients and reduced energy consumption by approximately 23.5 million kilowatt hours for our local utilities.
