The villa is located near the woods and dunes, in the middle of the unique De Dennen nature reserve. You are just 2 km from beach pavilion Paal 17. The villages Koog, with its cosy terraces, and Den Burg, the shopping heart of Texel, are a few kilometres from the villa.

The bright living room leads to a spacious south-facing terrace where children can play safely and carefree. The living room with open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. From March 2023, this residence will be gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with induction hob. You can relax in the hot tub after an active day in this beautiful region.

A security deposit of EUR 130,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
