A pleasant villa

We enjoyed our stay at this villa very much. It has all the facilities to make the most of our stay. The owner was always available to answer our questions. The easy access to the beach and the large terrace facing the sea were the highlights.

Wonderful Place to Stay!!

The host arrived to welcome us and brought yummy treats. The view is amazing and the place is large. We were able to use the wall heaters and propane heaters. Great place to stay overall. The driveway is narrow, but we had no problems.

Bellisimo!!

We all decided that this is the perfekt place for doing vacacion together. It doesn't matter when it rains because the House is allready enough, but also the sorrounding is divers and beautyfull for doing walks. We've been there without a car and everything is possible!! Thanks

Großzügige Wohnung mit toller Terasse direckt am Meer.

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Der traumhafte Meerblick von der Terrasse ist top. Alles ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und funktioniert. Die Besitzerin ist maximal bemüht.

Wunderschönes Haus

Einfach ein Traumhaus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und gleich mehreren Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excellent in every way!

We recently enjoyed 10 days at this wonderful property and feel so very lucky to have found it. Everything from start to finish was extraordinary: the stunning view from the terrace, the comfort of the layout and furnishings (in the house and on the terrace), overall cleanliness, proximity to private beach (just a few steps through the gardens and down a few stairs, not steep at all) as well as to Palermo, Cefalu, and other terrific day trips - and most especially the kindness and responsiveness of the host Paola. We have travelled throughout Italy, staying in some truly memorable places, but this property is probably our favorite, much thanks to the care and attention provided by Paola. We were staying with our young adult children (mid-20s) and the accommodations were perfect for everyone's needs, affording privacy but also great space for large dinners together (we were joined for a few days by Italian friends, a family of 4). The kitchen is big and comfortable for cooking, with lots of supplies, and there is another small terrace off the side of the house with more seating, a clothes line, and grill. The terrace is the highlight of this beautiful home - enjoy your caffe latte at sunset, and cocktails as the end of the day, it can be hard to tear yourself away from this relaxing space! But it is Paola who really makes this property five star, what a terrific host. She was so accommodating and kind when we arrived a full day late (thanks to missed connection in Zurich), making sure to have food waiting (including delicious local pastries). Very much appreciated, as we were exhausted by the time we arrived. She provided excellent information as our arrival date approached and was extremely responsive during our stay, offering recommendations and answering all our questions promptly and enthusiastically. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest, simply decorated, and very comfortable. There is no AC, but ceiling fans in every bedroom more than sufficed (in mid-Sept). The layout - with the large main living/dining area flanked by two bedrooms/one bath wings - allowed privacy within a very open space feel. The area was quiet at night (expect for the wonderful surprise of fireworks/local religious festival on our first weekend) and we enjoyed regular walks to the nearby lighthouse at Capo Zefferano. We hope to return one day - grazie mille, Paola!

1.We were not told that we would be sharing the Villa with other people.!!! 2. No HOT water in the kitchen 3. No drinkable water, only bottled water. 4. Barbeque area was the dirtiest we've ever seen not usable. 5. Misinformed about other amenities: a. transportation b. restaurants within walking distance c. grocery store within walking distance

Wunderbar mit allem was man braucht

Zur Wohnung kann ich nur sagen, dass wir als Familie komplett begeistert waren und das in jeder Altersgruppe 👍. Der Zugang zum Strand ist über eine Treppe mit ein paar Schritten 😎. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war herzlich. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, einfach gesagt alles TOP 👍👍.

A truly wonderful villa with spectacular views

The host could not have been more helpful. She was always quick to reply to messages and welcomed us on the day. The villa has everything you need and more and felt like a lovely home. Access to the beach was fantastic along with everything you needed for the beach at our disposal

Traumhaus in bester Lage

Es war alles rundum fantastisch! Paola ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und das Haus mit seiner einzigartigen Lage toll ausgestattet. Zu Fuss in die netten Orte laufen oder mit der Bahn nach Palermo oder einfach den Tag am Meer verbringen. Würden immer wieder hinfahren!

Dream Stay in Sicily.

First of all Paola the host is an absolute gem of a person. Very kind and very helpful. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The house is in a good location for trips to nearby Porticello, get the sausage from Ernesto, Aspra, Bagheria, and a short train ride to Palermo. There are the ruins of Sulanto on the mountain above the property for a sweet and scenic hike. When I come back to Sicily I hope I can stay at Paola's villa. Ciao!

Très agréable villa avec superbe vue mer sur le cap Zafferano

tout le monde le dit, mais OUi : Merci à Paola pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils et sa confiance La villa est très agréable à vivre et la plage en accès direct par les escaliers. A 20 km de Palerme accès en train facile depuis Bagheria (mais la voiture nous parait indispensable pour le reste)

A fantastic property and location

Our first trip to Sicily could not have been nicer. Paola's home on the sea is absolutely fantastic. The views are incredible, as is the beach access and sea. The home is well designed with two bedrooms and one bath on both sides of the house, separated by a large family and dining room, making it perfect for two families traveling together. Many restaurants (great food) are within walking distance, and the town is friendly and welcoming. Paola met us at check in, and also at checkout, and is a delightful host. We hope to return one day and spend a month (instead of a week)!

Wundervolles Haus

Das Haus ist genauso schön, wie auf der Inseratsseite beschrieben. Vielleicht sogar noch schöner… sehr geräumig, die maurisch anmutende Einrichtung, tolle neue Bäder, die anspruchsvolle und liebevolle Gestaltung des Anwesens mit den verschiedenen Aufenthaltsorten draußen, der Zugang zum Meer usw. Nur der Reisemonat März war suboptimal, da drinnen zu kühl, und in einer Nacht ein Orkan wütete… Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist lediglich, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gibt. Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder :-) Danke, Paola, dass du immer ansprechbar warst und sofort reagiert hast 👍

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit direktem Strandzugang Nähe Palermo

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was es verspricht, durch den Garten mit Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen gelangt man direkt zum Strand und man hat verschiedenste Möglichkeiten draußen zu verweilen. Ob morgens der Sonnenaufgang auf der Dachterrasse oder abends den Mond über dem Meer zu beobachten. Die Gastgeberin Paola war sehr nett und hat uns fürs erste Frühstück ein paar Sachen eingekauft. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen inklusive 4-jährigem Kind und waren Ende November in der Strandvilla. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, aber auch die Zeit zum entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

October break in Santa Flavia

Our extended family just spent a wonderful and very relaxing week in Paola’s beautiful house. The centrepiece of the house is a very spacious living room and dining area, two of the four bedrooms have direct access to the ample terrace with sea view. The 2 bathrooms are spacious, with modern fittings and beautifully done. The kitchen is big and we’ll equipped and there is a large utility room with a washing machine and rubbish collection. We much enjoyed our meals with stunning views across the cove at the long table on the terrace and only had to skip down the stairs through the garden to reach the shingle beach via private access. There is a further terrace just above the beach at the end of the garden where you can sit and also access to a beach hut with snorkels, masks and body boards or blow-up mattresses. Paola was a fantastic and very accessible host, was waiting to see us into the property despite our very late arrival and made sure we had a breakfast provisions waiting for us. Thanks Paola, we had a lovely time!

Traumhafte Lage

Wir verlebten hier eine sehr schöne Woche mit 6 Personen. Die Lage des Objekts ist sensationell, man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von St. Elia und durch die direkte Lage an einem feinen Kiesstrand konnte man, wenn man wollte, ständig zwischen Haus und Strand pendeln und das sehr saubere und warme Wasser genießen und sich danach gleich wieder auf die große sonnige Terrasse zurückziehen. Das Haus ist teilweise renoviert, die Matratzen der Betten sollten aber auch mal ausgewechselt werden. Sonst war alles in bester Ordnung und es fehlte an nichts. Wir können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Lovely seafront villa near Palermo

We were two families of four (4 adults + 4 teenagers) and this villa was a very relaxing means of escape from the tedium & hysteria of covid Britain. It’s not luxurious (e.g. fans rather than air-conditioning) but it’s well equipped and tastefully decorated, and has a magnificent aspect overlooking the bay. It was a one-minute walk down to the beach and the lovely warm waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Being August and being Italy it was very crowded but the villa also has a little private terrace overlooking the beach. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance and others a short drive away in Porticello or Bagheria, and of course there’s lots to do and see in Palermo (30 mins by car) and further afield, though the daytime heat was energy sapping. Paola was a very helpful host, explaining everything clearly on arrival and acceding to our request for an extra single bed in one of the double rooms. She also did her best to mediate in the one major irritant of our stay – loud music coming from a ‘party villa’ a little way along the bay.
