This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the old town of Seville: the Barrio de San Lorenzo.
A few minutes away are several shops and the most popular restaurants.
The environment is ideal to enjoy all the charm and magic of Seville.
The apartment is distributed as follows: a fully equipped open plan American style kitchen (washing machine / toaster / coffee maker / microwave), a very spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed and large windows.
The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and towels.
The capacity of the apartment is 4 people.
The building, completely renovated respecting its original Andalusian style, consists of a lift and a furnished communal terrace where guests can enjoy wonderful views of the city.
Additional services: TV, air conditioning, heating and free internet access.
