Situé dans la vieille ville de Séville, à côté de Barrio Santa Cruz

Cet appartement est très bien situé à l'étage au premier étage (pas au rez-de-chaussée) dans le quartier juif, juste à côté du Barrio Santa Cruz. Il est également à proximité des restaurants, bars à tapas, des supermarchés, des magasins et des bus locaux. Il ya une terrasse sur le dessus. Garage public à environ 5 minutes de marche. Il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit double (150 cm), et une autre chambre avec 2 lits simples (l'un d'eux est de tirer "sur et un ascenseur"), ainsi que d'un salon avec canapé, 2 fauteuils et table à manger pour 4 personnes . La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche.
Veuillez noter que je prends un dépôt de garantie de 100 € en espèces à l'arrivée qui sera restitué après votre séjour si l'appartement est laissé en bon état et que rien ne soit brisé.

We had a great stay at Maria’s apartment. There was plenty of space to unwind after a tough day of site seeing. Maria greeted us and explained everything to us. The location was perfect!

Family of 4 (2 adult children) truly enjoyed our stay here. So central, yet quiet, spacious and filled with natural light. Nice to relax together in the living room after long days of exploring the city. Surrounding cobblestone streets (with no-entry for cars) make it challenging with luggage in tow.

Spacious apartment in great location

Maria met us at the apartment and gave us helpful information about the apartment and nearby attractions. We were within easy walking distance of the Sevilla cathedral, Royal Alcazar as well as good restaurants.

Everything was excellent. The location is the best. Right in the heart of old Seville, walking distance to all caffès and restaurants but far enough so you don’t hear the noise. Maria is an excellent host. I recommend this apartment.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Seville , thanks to the amazing hospitality of Maria and her place. From the moment we arrived Maria was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful with local tips and recommendations .Her place is not only clean and comfortable ,but also ideally located , just a short walks to historic sites ,cafes,tapas bars and restaurants .Thank you , Maria, for making our visit so memorable.

Perfect place

Maria welcomed us, showed us around and answered questions about recommended restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped so we bought a few groceries and had most meals in the apartment. Finding our way using Google maps was sometimes a challenge but still were able to walk to most of the main attractions. We recommend.

Maria was a very nice lady and easy to deal with. The apartment has everything that you could need. It was a bit hard to find and then you needto find parking. Lots of things are within walking distance.

Great place!

Our host met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked. She was available for questions and checked in the next day to make sure we were happy with the accommodation. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even a new bag of coffee waiting for us. The apartment was spotless. the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Seville.

Super location!

We loved the convenience of being so close to the barrio Santa Cruz, which we love. We stayed three weeks and were comfortable even though we found the furnishings a bit tired and had to change our own sheets one week because the cleaning service wasn’t available. Perhaps due to Holy Week. The roof top terrace was a big plus but it is underwhelming in its decor. Still. We would stay here again.

The comment regarding the cleaning service must be a misunderstanding. There is no cleaning included during the stay. However, as you stayed for several weeks I offered you one and sent a cleaner for the day that we had agreed upon.

Marie was well-organized and helpful, and easy to contact. Location was convenient to sites, transportation (and, unfortunately for my waist line, to pastelerías!), it is in a delightfully historic area, so it was sometimes a little chillier in December than we are used to in Texas. Since we were there for 5 weeks,, the microwave and stove top were important, as well as the washer!
