Modern apartment in newly constructed building located in the heart of one of the most characteristic districts of the city, well-known for hosting the famous Porta Portese market.

The location is perfect. Trastevere is down the road, the bus stops just outside the building, and there are plenty of options for dining out. The ideal starting point for your daily city tours.

Spacious open-concept living room combining kitchen, living room, and dining room into a single great room that overlooks the terrace with outdoor furniture. Comfortable sofabed facing flat screen smart tv.

Wonderful, clean, safe, roomy, modern apartment. Excellent location for exploring the city or just enjoying Trastevere nightlife. Comfy bed, terrific lanai for enjoying a morning coffee. 100% would recommend!

This apartment is as advertised, unlike many others from other sites. It has everything needed, except no microwave oven. A good location and handy bus stop to take you a few stops to many excellent restaurants and a few more stops to city centre. Helpful hosts and friendly staff at reception.

Fantastic!

We love staying here! It's easy to get to from Trastevere train station. Check in was easy, instructions and communications were as well. The place is so comfortable and the little deck is perfect for morning coffee or drinks later in the day. The furnishing are just enough and having AC was amazing for the warmer days/nights.

Great Price and Great Location

We stayed in this spacious apartment located in a wonderful neighborhood in Rome. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient location. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view from the balcony.One of the highlights was experiencing the neighborhood transform into a giant market on Sunday—such a fun and local touch! We had the best experience here, and when we return to Rome, this will absolutely be where we stay again. The property owner was also five stars all the way—friendly, responsive, and welcoming.

15 minutes to the main streets of Trestavere and very walkable to the attractions of Roma. Cute coffee shop downstairs, practical for breakfast. Very clean. We had an early flight to Rome and the host agreed to an early check in and met us there to explain everything

The apartment was basically new, very clean and very practical. They had great AC, very good Wi-Fi, and a very nice kitchen. I would totally recommend it to anybody in the future. The only thing was I wish they had more mirrors in the apartment, since the only mirror is in the bathroom. I also recommend anybody that stays there takes the #8 tram line into downtown. For the price of €1.50 you avoid having to walk 35 minutes to the historical attractions.

Great apartment for a stay in Rome. Beautiful building and very secure. Excellent kitchen, though no microwave. Host was very responsive and kind. Was able to use washer during our stay. My only dislike was the curtains were broke in the living room so when we used the pullout couch as an extra bed it was very bright in the morning. There’s also a school across the street so if you’re in the apartment during the school day it is very loud (though it was great to hear kids laughing and playing outside throughout the day). Also, there was not any extra toilet paper so we just bought some instead of reaching out to the host. There’s food and grocery store very close to the stay. Would recommend staying here for your travels.
