The large terrace of 50m2 is furnished with two sunbeds, and a table and 6 chairs under the pergola, where the atmosphere is very pleasant with a beautiful view on the sea and the hill. The sun shines on it most of the day. Down the street you can find the seafront where the 5* hotel 'Bahia del Duque', the 'Plaza del Duque' and the 'Castel del Duque' are located.

You can enjoy shopping at the recently opened El Duke shops, where you will find world-class boutiques, restaurants and bars.
Down the road (100 metres) is another shopping centre with shops, restaurants, bars, car hire, supermarket, mini golf and a gym run by Mr Universe and Mrs Olympia. You can meet them every evening and they can train you personally.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: The flat is available from about 2 or 3pm.
Departure from the flat is no later than 10.00 hours in order to allow for cleaning.
However, if no one arrives before the evening or the next day, the flat can be used until the evening, on request.
