This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On a quiet part of the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area +reading room near the pool. Fibre wi-fi. Free Mineral water + Spring water dispenser. Sustainable houses: solar panels for hot water + installing for electricity now. This house has double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, sitting room, kitchen, front private terrace and solarium all for your exclusive use.

Like paradise

It was great. Beautiful and clean houses sorrounded by nature and banana trees. Wonderful pool area with heated water (what we needed in February). Staff very friendly and helpful. We definitely will come back.

Exotische Anlage für Ruhesuchende

Wir haben hier in der Finca Punta de Lomo 5 Wochen verbracht (Finca Nr.9). Die Außenanlagen sind mit viel Blumen, riesigen Weihnachtssternen und Palmen super schön angelegt. Die Finca selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr sauber. Der große Pool (5x13m) ist beheizt und hat immer mindestens 28°C. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Anlage, selbst wenn alles ausgebucht ist. Der Service ist sehr gut und immer hilfsbereit. Ein Mietwagen ist hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich, da Restaurants und Supermärkte fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Man kann auch sehr gut mit öffentlichen Bussen die umliegenden Orte erreichen. Alles Bestens, wir kommen gern wieder.

Good stay

The best part was the pool which was heated to just the right temperature. It was always clean and never crowded making swimming a dream. The apartments were spacious and clean and the WiFi worked fine. The upstairs sun terrace was an excellent but under used feature. The only feature preventing 5 stars was access to the property. This was via automatic doors and keys although some were missing. The system could do with a little updating but it did not detract from the experience. Overall a very satisfying and enjoyable weeks holiday and likely to re-book.

Tranquil hide away

The property is situated within a Banana plantation in an industrial town, the town itself is less than desirable although it does have 2 excellent restaurants both within walking distance. The Finca whilst showing signs of age is very clean and is a very quiet location with a beautiful heated ( shared) pool. Hiring a car is a must do. We previously visited in 2020 and will likely rebook again in years to come.

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable à la finca, idéal avec des enfants, tout est très bien aménagé. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Le logement était très fonctionnel et confortable.

Grüne Oase

Wir haben uns in dieser gepflegten Bananenplantage sehr wohlgefühlt. Da wir nur unser Frühstück machen war die Küche ausreichend bestückt. Gute Restaurants sind Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist gut beheizt und lädt nach einer Wanderung zum baden ein. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. .

Tolle Unterkunft!

Die Ferienwohnungen inmitten der Bananenplantage war sehr schön und man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, alle Informationen sind uns im Vorfeld zugetragen worden. Der Pool-Bereich ist wunderschön hergerichtet und das Wasser war im Dezember schön beheizt. Da die Sonne im Dezember nicht ganz so hoch steht, hatte man im Pool-Bereich nicht an jedem Ort und die ganze Zeit Sonne. Außerdem ist die Anlage sehr familienfreundlich, sodass in unserem Zeitraum auch viele Kinder vor Ort waren. Die Unterkunft ist zwar nah am Flughafen, dafür benötigt man aber einen fahrbaren Untersatz um an den Strand oder sonstigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen. Kleine Supermärkte (mit der nötigsten Ausstattung) sind fussläufig erreichbar, für alles weitere ist ein Auto oder der Bus zu empfehlen. Die Bus-Station ist unweit der Unterkunft. Das Bus-Netz ist gut erschlossen, jedoch passt das Timing nicht immer so ganz ;) Aber ein paar Minuten länger die Sonne tanken, schadet auch nicht. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße

Quiet Getaway

Becoming a regular location for us. If you like a bit of peace and quiet away from the tourist spots, then this is the place for you. There a few wonderful restaurants locally. If you want to explore the island further then a car is recommended. Staff are excellent and very helpful if you need anything.

Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden alte Küche alte Möbel die nur überstrichen sind und alle Schubladen klemmen wenn der beh.Pool nicht wäre würde ich die Anlage nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nicht wieder hingehen

Séjour très agréable

Le cadre est vraiment magnifique dans une bananeraie, assez proche de tout et en même temps très calme. La maison est très bien équipée et la piscine est vraiment parfaite.

Sehr schöne, exotische Anlage

Wir haben den Urlaub inmitten der Bananenplantage sehr genossen. Alles ist unheimlich grün, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Häuschen war angenehm groß, die 2 Bäder waren sehr praktisch. Der Pool hat eine sehr angenehme Temperatur, sodass man fast jeden tag baden konnte. Der Pool ist auch mit einem Tor abgesperrt, was für uns sehr wichtig war, da wir eine 3jährige Tochter haben. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein war auch flüssig, sodass keine Fragen mehr offen waren. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Wunderbare Oase

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist wunderbar - tolle Palmen und Pflanzen an jeder Ecke. Appartement war gut ausgestattet - Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle - einfach alles da. Drei Terrassen - davon eine auf dem Dach - einfach super. Ebenfalls sehr beeindruckend die Bananenplantage - durch die wir täglich einmal gelaufen sind. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Absolut ruhiges Domizil!

Wir haben eine Woche auf Teneriffa verbracht und durch Zufall dieses Quartiert entdeckt. Sehr schön und ruhig in direkter Nachbarschaft zu einer Bananenplantage gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Freisitz mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, ebenfalls kann auf der Dachterrasse ein Sonnenbad statt finden. Das Personal stand jederzeit hilfsbereit zu Seite und war sehr freundlich. Alles im allen kann man nur die Best note geben.

Wonderful, Peaceful environment!

Stayed here in April with my two children and we loved the plantation and the accommodation within it. A quiet peaceful place for a holiday without the noise and the busyness of a holiday resort. The heated pool which we had to ourselves most days was a real bonus. Would love to come back one day! Thanks to everyone who helped make it a fabulous holiday for us. Gary Coyle

I selected this property because staying on the heart of a banana plantation is quite an experience! Also the star of the property, the long "really heated" pool is a big advantage.
You can walk to a a couple of restaurants and shops, but you need a car or bus to move.
