Stayed for 12 days at the villa. It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lovely views in a nice and quiet area. The heated pool was an added bonus with our little one. Maxine was great with communicating with us before our stay and her housekeeper too.

Villa is in a great location and one of the most well stocked villas we have stayed at. The outdoor space is awesome and the pool is a great size. Great value for money and Maxine was a great host replying very quickly to all inquiries. We will definitely book again.

Villa - The villa was very well-equipped, exceptionally clean & the linen/towels that were provided were of a high quality. The beds were also extremely comfortable.Pool - The pool area was well maintained as were all of the external grounds. Location - The villa is located in a lovely, quiet area. We enjoyed having a walk around the area - particularly along the coastal path. As Maxine notes, the villa is on the flight path so planes do pass directly over the villa. While there is obviously noise when a plane flies overhead, this was not an issue for us - the noise lasts a matter of seconds.Communication with host - What can I say? Maxine is a wonderful host! From the point of booking she was great. Prior to our holiday starting she sent over lots of useful info regarding check-in, the villa itself, the area, maps, etc. This really helped get our holiday off to a great start. Once we arrived & got settled in she sent us a message to make sure everything was well - this was a lovely touch by a genuinely thoughtful host. She also provided a welcome hamper which included bottled water, drinks & snacks. Another lovely touch. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY!

Our second fantastic stay in this wonderful villa! It has everything that you need while you’re away from home. We had a great time in the pool everyday and also enjoyed exploring the area. Siam Park, Monkey Park and the stunning views of Mount Teide were the favourites!Thank you Maxine for another fabulous stay! 5*****

Highly recommend

The most comfortable and well equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in. The safety fence separating the pool from the rest of garden is fantastic for families staying with little ones. Lovely peaceful street. We think it’s a great location, 10 mins From airport and 15/20 mins to los cristianos/las Americas.

Beautiful villa 5*

We have just returned from an amazing week in this fantastic villa! Beautifully cleaned and presented with lovely decor and everything you could want for your holiday. We enjoyed the pool every day and the outdoor furnishings are fantastic for a relaxing time in the sun. Plenty to see and do within walking distance, although we made the most of the hire car to watch the sunset at Mount Teide. Was well worth the drive! Maxine is a brilliant host and communication has been excellent throughout our booking. We highly recommend this villa! 5* stay!

Beautiful modern Villa

First time booking a villa instead of a package holiday, and we'll 100% be doing it again. The pool, the 75inch TV, the modern furnishing....so much to love about the house. The small bar, a 5 minute walk, was brilliant. The owners are quick to answer any queries via WhatsApp. You will need a car, but that just adds to the adventure. Overall we loved it, and recommend it to anyone.

We will return

This is not just a great modern property but the location is great so near enough everything to be handy but far enough away to be quiet in terms the area. The planes going overhead did not really bother us at all as you can only hear them for a short period. The house has everything you would need and parking quiet and safe. You do need a car though to make full use. We will come back again.

Very impressive property everything you need is supplied to make your stay pure perfection. Very spacious interior, outside space massive. No compromise on furnishings, appliances and entertainment gadgets, quality all the way! Special thanks to Maxine (the owner) and the kind lady whose name escapes me, they were always on hand when I needed them. Accommodation don’t come much better than this.

Amazing experience!

We spent a great time in this villa, it seems to live in a dream. You can find literally anything you need inside the accommodation, it’s perfect for a group of friends but also for a family. Area really quite and residential. I highly suggest whoever is looking to “party” or to put loud music to choose another place as we have received more than one complaint after not even 48 hours there just because we have played music a little bit higher than normal. A part from this really really recommendable.

Thank for your review Francesca. I am happy you enjoyed the house. Yes you did get complaints from the neighbours as the property is in a residential area and I did make that very clear before you guys arrived as I had a feeling once you booked you were looking to party - which as you quite rightly point out is not an option at this property. I do hope you find something more suitable if you do decided to venture back to Tenerife.

The villa's cleanliness, warm pool, ocean views, and generous amenities made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely recommend it! ## The Pros Clean: Both the house and the private pool were spotless upon arrival. Always Warm Pool: The pool temperature was consistently warm throughout our stay, making early morning and evening swims an absolute delight. Lovely Views: You can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean right from the second floor. Thoughtful Essentials: The host went above and beyond with check-in supplies. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cutlery, oil, salt, seasonings, and bottled water. Furthermore, having dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, and extra garbage bags ready to go saved us an immediate run to the grocery store and made settling in effortless. ## Good to Know Flight Path Location: The villa is located relatively near the airport, so airplanes do fly overhead fairly often. You get used to the sound pretty quickly—and if you happen to be a plane-spotter, it’s actually a fun bonus! ## The Cons Occasional Odors: Every now and then, a strong smell—resembling fertilizer or sewage—would waft across the property from the surrounding area. Thankfully, it disappeared just as suddenly as it appeared, so it didn't ruin our experience, but it is worth noting.

Great time!

Very good overall experience at Maxine´s villa. The house description is accurate as described. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need. The house is located in a fantastic golf area, and not far from the Tenerife south airport. It is comfortable, and perfectly sized for a small family. Our teenager enjoyed the heated pool and the huge TV in the living room. From the villa it is literally a 5-minute walk to the golf academy and the Casa club, where there is a nice and cosy terrace bar. About Maxine, she has been a super kind and communicative host, and always willing to help. Thank you!.

We had the most wonderful stay in Casa Blanca. The villa is spacious and bright, beautifully furnished and kept in great conditions. The outside area is also quite big, with garden, pool and car space, and even in January you will be able to catch some sun all day long either on one side of the house or the other (or on the terrace upstairs - so many options!) Maxine, the owner, has been incredibly welcoming and always available; she even left a folder of information on the house and surrounding area for us! Amarilla golf is a quiet area but it has everything you may need: supermarkets, restaurants, etc.. and it’s not far from towns with more active nightlife. Only thing to be aware of (if you’re easily bothered by noise) is that planes fly right above the house, but you can’t hear them from inside as it’s well isolated - and honestly after a couple of days we weren’t even disturbed by them anymore. It’s actually pretty suggestive! And this also means that a trip to the airport will only take you about 20 minutes by car. In just a few words: it’s the perfect place for a romantic retreat, relaxing holiday and much more! Thank you again for your hospitality Maxine; we really hope to visit again soon! Lara

Thanks very much for your review Mareille. This situation was very unusual and unacceptable due to a set of unforeseen circumstances. A different cleaner was asked to service the villa and she clearly did not clean the house to an acceptable level. I would never expect any guest to have to clean a property on arrival and if you had called either Fran or myself immediately you arrived that situation would have been rectified straight away. As it was, you cleaned the property and I only discovered this after the event so there was little I could do apart from apologise profusely and I happily compensated you for this unacceptable experience on check-in. Fran also came straight round to the house, as soon as you were in, to explain what had happened and she also compensated you for the clean - which I am still of course so sorry that you had to do. The house had been cleaned, but nowhere near to the high standard both Fran and I expect for every guest and she has always delivered for the last 18 months on more than one property. This will never happen again. I just want to clarify that I will always take the correct action to rectify any issues a guest may have or experience but I am just sorry you had to make a complaint. I believe you did end up having a good holiday so for that I am glad. Maxine

Jan - it was great I could accommodate you for a longer stay. Your review was beautiful - so thanks very much for your feedback. I am always so happy when our lovely guests enjoy their time at the house. English translation. Due to difficulties in a terrible hotel in the north of Tenerife, we were fortunately able to move into the beautiful house early after a short consultation. Communication with Maxine was great right from the start, fast and completely uncomplicated. The house really leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight for our children was of course the heated pool. Unlike other guests, the planes didn't particularly bother us. You hardly hear anything about it in the house. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Date of arrival - 11 February 2023
