This 1 bedroom apartment is minutes away from the heart of Estepona, just half a kilometre to the town centre where you can enjoy a choice of bars, restaurants and shops. 4km away you can find Ona Valle Romano Golf & Resort. A stone throw away from the Complex are a number of local café/bars, takeaways and supermarkets. The apartment offers hot & cold vented aircon and secure underground parking.
This apartment is arranged over one level and is on the 6th floor with lift access. From the entrance to the apartment, through the hallway is the dining/lounge area. There is dining space for 4 people and an L shaped sofa that converts into a double sofabed, offering sleeping for 4 people. The lounge leads out to the terrace with a small seating area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and also has access to the terrace. The bedroom offers a double sized bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with a shower attachment.
