Appartement spacieux et luxueux avec un mobilier et une décoration exquis, trÚs confortable. Grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Il dispose d'une élégante chambre double avec lit 160x200 et d'une salle de bain avec jaquzzi. Une autre chambre avec 2 lits simples et salle de bain complÚte attenante. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers Siemens, y compris lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et four. Salon de style romantique trÚs lumineux avec TV LED 55 pouces.
Situé dans l'une des urbanisations les plus exclusives de la cÎte, il dispose de plusieurs piscines et d'une aire de loisirs pour enfants.
A quelques mÚtres de l'urbanisation se trouve le magnifique Spa / resort Albayt, ici vous aurez un bonus pour une journée totalement gratuite pour des séjours minimum d'une semaine, si vous voulez y aller plus de fois ... le prix du bonus journalier par personne est seulement 20 euros, et le bonus mensuel est de 60 euros. Il dispose de Jaquzzi, de bains turcs, de saunas, de douches d'aromathérapie, de lits thermaux relaxants, d'une piscine chauffée, d'une salle de sport et de tous les services de beauté et de massage. L'entrée au Spa est réservée aux mineurs.

We had an amazing week in the apartment. Everything was in great condition and the area felt very safe. The apartment has everything that you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The grounds of property are kept very clean and tidy and the pool is a very good size. We were often alone in the pool so it felt like a private get away. The host was great at communicating and was always willing to help with any queries. He had done great recommendations for things to do in the local area. The apartment is very easy to get to from the airport and is in a great location. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Awsome accomodation, everything clean, comprehensive equipment. A bit way off from the good beaches and restaurants, but no problem, if you have a car.

The owner of the property was very tentative ensuring we had all the correct details for the property and went beyond by sharing local attractions of interest. The property is immaculate and very well maintained. Great terrace with wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Really enjoyed the fabulous beds super comfortable. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Perfect!

Had an awesome 28 day stay. Apartment is in a fabulous location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and anything you might need. Miguel is a great host! He takes care of you from arrival to departure. The property is very well maintained and very quiet (February stay). Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return.

Great Costa Del Sol getaway

We stayed at this location for one week. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from our terrace was amazing. The apartment came fully equipped and had 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is just slightly up the hill from the main highway. There is a small beach down the hill , although we spent everyday travelling to different sites. It’s a definite repeat.

Apartment was nice and well equipped. Pool was closed due to governmental decision which was not mentioned in description. We had to collect the keys near to Marbella which wasn‘t clear before booking. All in all nice stay.

Relaxing holiday in good location

Great apartment, with good balcony for dining. Host Miguel met us at the apartment and went through everything and gave us some tips on the local areas. The location is good with everything within a 5 to 10mins drive. We enjoyed Estepona and Puerto Duquesa most nights, where there are many restaurants and bars. On top of this during the day the pool was great to relax and cool down in. Hope to return in the future. Thanks Miguel

Well satisfied with our choice.

Well appointed property with nice ambience and outlook. Property was accurately described in the listing. Car required but handy location. Walking access to the beach crosses very busy road. We would stay there again. Property was a bit hard to find without GPS coordinates. Miguel was very accommodating and helpful.

Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed a two week break catching up with family, The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large terrace and the pool which is next to the apartment and often had it to ourselves. Miguel was easily contactable if we needed him. You definitely need a car as the apartment is not in Estepona town, this is a short drive away.

Perfect Vacation Location

I just spent a week here with my daughter and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Also close to restaurants, beaches and stores. Our host Miguel was awesome. We had a car rental issue at the airport which he immediately helped us resolve. He was always available for whatever we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment. When I come back I will definitely stay here! Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is stunning! The facilities were excellent, from the underground car park, lift to the apartment, location and friendliness of Miguel, the owner. Miguel met us on arrival and talked us through everything. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. There are lovely views form the balcony too. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed linnen was clean. I cannot fault this property. Due to the location, you will need a car to get about.

Great apartment, clean, well equipped and friendly host, willing to help at all times. Great balcony and we loved our stay in the apartment. But please note that the description refers to a spa nearby with lots of facilities - this is closed! There is no spa, no sauna, no heated pool no other facilities. The development is nice with a big pool but that’s all there is. We had been looking forward to using the spa facilities and that was just not there any more.

Very Nice apartment and quite area.

We booked the apartment for 10 days. We arrived very late past midnight. But had good communication with the owner Miguel. A bit hard to find at nighttime, but we did. 😊 Very nice apartment, that meet all our requirements. The outdoor terrace was so amazing. Beautiful view over the sea to the left and pool area on the right. The area was in start of august very quiet and we almost have the entire pool to ourselves. Miguel was very helpful if we had any questions. We just loved our 10 days there. 😃

The view of the Sea was stunning. The location was convenient for getting around and for our original purpose which was to watch the golf tournament there. The washroom doors did not lock. The hallway bathroom door would get stuck and a great deal of the time, it would require someone else to pull on it to get it open as the person in the bathroom would be locked in. There were ants entering the room from the outside balcony sliding door and they would be crawling on the couch and in the kitchen as well. The check-in process would have been easier had someone been at the location at the time of arrival as it had been the case for other guests. One of our faults was the omission of following the direction on how to get the apartment keys. The garage opener did not work, but the one we found in the apartment did. The shower head in the guest bathroom did not have a cradle.
