It is a non smoking apartment but you can smoke on the balcony.
Parking is available on the parking lot in front of the building.

Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.
You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key.
You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
