Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The apartment building was beautiful with lots of comfortable spaces for us to gather. The location was walkable to many restaurants and sights. Great communication from the hosts too!

Family trip to Lisbon

We loved our stay at this apartment. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We have a family of 10 and we all got our own beds and slept comfortably. The apartment was in a prime location.

Family Trip to Lisboa

The apartment was great for our family! Very spacious with beautiful views of the Chiado neighborhood and out to the water. The location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants near by. Carlos, who met us upon check, was friendly and informative. And Paula answered all our questions ahead of trip promptly. Highly recommend for your stay in Portugal.

For clarity, we did not stay at this property but at the sister property of the same owners.We booked this nonrefundable stay in anticipation of a family reunion. Unfortunately, due to the war in the Middle East, our family’s flights were all cancelled and they could not travel. We explained the situation to owners, who didn’t refund us but agreed to put us in a smaller (much cheaper) property. That smaller, much cheaper property was extremely moldy - the smell of the mold was unbearable. There were bugs in the apartment. They charged us more because we had to adjust dates given the geopolitical difficulties we were experiencing. They changed the key code to the apartment in the middle of our stay and forgot to tell us! (They did respond to our call immediately). At every turn, their comment was - "it is not possible." Yes, we understand it was unrefundable, but we did pay them over 4K EUR for a terrible accommodation for a week. You'd think there would be some decency given a war.

Fantastic location and fantastic place to stay

We were a group of 11 ladies celebrating our annual weekend get away. The apartment was spacious and best part is we all had our own beds! All the rooms had comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, fans everywhere to offset the heat, plenty of bathroom space for showering and getting ready, and 2 kitchens making it easy to prepare coffee, cocktails and charcuterie. We easily got Uber or tuk tuk for ease of transportation, but so much is walkable from the apartment. The apartment owner responded to questions and offered suggestions of where to go for restaurants, contacts for sailboat tour, getting to the beach, how to navigate transportation to and from airport plus lots more! It was truly an enjoyable stay! Tour groups stopped by the beautiful decorated tile building the apartment is located and we thought that was cool!

Eines der schönsten Häuser in Lissabon

Die Fassade des Hauses ist eine der schönsten der mit Kacheln verzierten Häuser in Lissabon. Das bemerkt man auch an den vielen Fotografen vor Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und optimal für größere Gruppen (4 Badezimmer, 5 Schlafzimmer). Die zentrale Lage hat kurze Wege zur Metro, Shopping Möglichkeiten und zum Bar- und Restaurantviertel Bairro Alto zur Folge. Check-In und -Out waren super (wir konnten sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung). Es gab viele Erläuterungen und Tipps zur Stadt, den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die Koffer sollten nicht zu schwer sein, die Wohnung liegt in der dritten Etage (ohne Aufzug). Insgesamt die optimale Unterkunft für größere Gruppen, die in den Trubel der Stadt eintauchen möchten.

The Ideal Location in Lisbon

Seven friends -- 3 couples and one single stayed in this apartment and it could not have been more perfect. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the linens and towels are high quality, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a well functioning washer and dryer. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring the city -- a quick walk from the metro and many major sites. It overlooks a beautiful plaza with lots of very good and lively restaurants. When you open the double doors there is a fabulous breeze and view to the water. A word of caution on two items. It is a walk up to the top floor -- 69 steps -- we counted them. So if you are not physically fit this may not be the apartment for you. Also, it takes a while to get accustomed to the water in the shower which abruptly runs scalding hot to ice cold -- you just need to be careful. Two minor items in an otherwise fabulous place to stay for a wonderful time in a magnificent city.

Santa Maria Maior

Excellent location for a visit to Lisbon and plenty of room for 6-8 guests. Enjoyed our stay very much. Need to get used to tourists taking photos of the place while your out on the balcony though. Probably one of the most photographed buildings in Lisbon.

Great location in Chiado Neighborhood of Lisbon

This apartment is exactly as advertised and fit our family reunion perfectly. It is close to the metro station, many restaurants, and other forms of public transportation for very easy getting around Lisbon. Fantastic location! Some construction on the street created some noise, but all was quiet after 5 pm, and we enjoyed the street musicians in the evening.

Major construction/ hidden charges

Non disclosed major construction in the front and back which will take at least two more years. Disappointing, especially as due to construction the restaurants exhaust comes up and no window can be kept open in the bedrooms. Location is great.

Dear Dennis, We are sorry that the construction disturbed you . Until your stay we didn't have any similar feedback from previous guests so maybe when you stayed, there was some specific work going on that made more noise. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and on the back of the building there is an open patio with some warehouses and it seems some demolition was made at that time. In front of the apartment there is a square. On the corner of that square there is a building being renewed. In Lisbon as well as in most of the cities, construction and renovation of buildings is going on. It's natural as it's a city center and not an isolated house. If the construction is on the building we advise the guests but it was not the case. It was in the neighborhood and that's something we cannot control and as we mentioned it never disturbed previous guests. Hope you enjoyed the stay and the city. Thank you Best regards Fatima

Great location

This apt is in a great location. Step out and everything is near. The apt itself is adequate but not luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped. Bring your own toiletries as there are none provided.

Goede locatie in centrum . Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien

Na wat stroef eerste contact . Men is voorzichtig met grotere groepen ivm overlast verliep het contact daarna zeer direct en werd elke vraag snel beantwoord . Gern moeite te veel. Aanrader

Lively Lisbon

Wonderful first trip to Lisbon with family & friends. Great city with loads to do & see. Chia do Trindade Appt is in an ideal location, the premises was spotlessly clean & Fatima was marvellous to liaise with & very accommodating on all our requests. Beautiful apartment in an historic building central to everything

The perfect home from home! 10 of us had a wonderful weekend here! Plenty of room for us all, lovely and quiet despite the incredibly central location. It had everything you could possibly need, beds very comfortable, bathrooms and showers all brilliant. Lisbon is a lovely city and this apartment is the perfect place to base yourself to explore it to the full!

Great apartment in a very good location. Perfect for a large group of adults!

Perfect location! Check in was helpful and informative. The apartment was great for our large group and offered loads of quiet and privacy for those early to bed or late to rise. Plenty of bathrooms for all. The beds were quite comfortable. We did have an issue with alternating hot/cold water during showers, which took some getting used to. Hopefully, this can be fixed for future guests. We were taken by surprise that there was no air conditioning. There were fans in every room, which at night, turned out to be very comfortable with the fresh breezes! The 2 kitchens were adequately equipped and grocery shopping was just around the corner. Handily located for restaurants, metro and trams. Our group had a great visit in Lisbon and would stay here again!

Great for larger groups

The apartment was clean and large enough to accommodate our group of 9 people. The building is beautiful in the outside and in a really great central spot in Lisbon. The check in was relatively easy and someone come to meet you. We met up with Carlos who was lovely and gave us great suggestions on where to go and how to get there. There is no AC in the apartment which was fine as the evenings were cool. There are fans in each room which would be helpful for hot summer nights. My only complaint would be that if you’re leaving a deposit and you don’t live in EU, you lose money when you get the refund back. (with the exchange rates and fees). Not the owners fault (I guess that’s how the PayPal system works). That being said, there was no issue at all with getting my refund back from owners at all. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic location

Perfect location to experience Lisbon. Apartment was lovely and had all we needed. Hosts were very accommodating, letting us in early in the day after an all night flight. Everything was as promised. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Our experience in the apartment and Fatima's team was fantastic. Located in the absolute best location in Lisbon the apartment exceed our expectations. Very comfortable and luxurious the pictures are accurate and very well maintained. It is very apparent Fatima is passionate about the apartment and want her travelers to see Lisbon at its best

Perfect stay in Lisboa

This place was great for us, a family of 13 adults. Five in the older generation (60's) and 8 in the younger generation (25 - 35). We rented both apartments and couldn't have been happier. The apartment is close to both the metro and train station, and restaurants all over the place. Walking distance to the water and the castle ( but Lisbon is hilly).

13 Girls Fantastic apartment Fantastic location!

Amazing apartment with gorgeous views of the River, spotlessly clean,spacious bedrooms with good quality sheets and towels. Central living area was great for 13 friends to gather. The location couldn't be any better, very central with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Owners are so helpful, from the booking of apartment to greeting us on arrival, giving us tips on all the best places to visit and eat! All 13 girls would highly recommend this fabulous apartment Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!
