The villa has 2 double bedrooms with access to the garden, terrace, and swimming pool. The large, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath/bidet/WC and the other with a shower/bidet/WC. The upper floor has an entrance hall and an open gallery with a double sofa bed (160 cm) and an open-hearth fireplace, leading out to a balcony. The floors are a combination of parquet and natural stone.
