Casa Arrochela is a very special and luxurious villa that is beautifully situated on the Arade River in the immediate vicinity of Silves. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences and furnished with great taste. The house has a beautiful jacuzzi and a beautiful private swimming pool with wooden decking and a beautiful view of the river. This villa, newly built in 2011, is situated on a large plot in the unspoilt rural environment of the Arrochella region.



The villa is surrounded by terraces on different levels that can be reached by stairs. A wheelchair ramp is provided at the entrance. The house has a beautiful veranda with various lounge sofas, sun loungers and a large dining table. A super place for a drink overlooking the river. Here we also find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. On a lower level, you will find the swimming pool (8 × 4m) with wooden decking and various sunbeds. The view of the river and the hills is very relaxing.

The decor is very luxurious and tasteful. The living room has large windows and doors to the covered terrace. In the lounge, there are large comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV with international channels. There is a square dining table that can accommodate eight people. The open kitchen made of scaffolding wood has a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel built-in fridge, large five-burner stove, microwave and Nespresso machine.

There are a total of four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one of them has wheelchair access. On the upper floor we find the master bedroom with a luxurious bathroom. This room offers access to a beautiful roof terrace with a magnificent view of the river.

The villa has a wireless internet connection. A washing machine and dryer are available. Cot and high chair on request. The villa is cleaned twice a week and the bed linen is changed weekly; the towels twice a week.

Silves is the closest town - just three kilometres away. Here you will find among other things the remains of a beautiful castle, a beautiful covered market hall, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. You will find the most beautiful beaches at a maximum of fifteen kilometres from the villa.
