Wonderful 3-bedroom apartment fully renovated in 2008, very sunny, located in a charming area in the urban centre of Baixa, Lisbon, with 120 m², furnished with great taste, fully equipped, with capacity for 8 people.

This is an apartment in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with a lift, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room and 1 living room with access to a balcony overlooking the street. It has internet access, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room only, central heating, fans in the bedrooms, towels, sheets, amenities, hair dryer and iron.
All bedrooms have double-glazed windows with views of the typical Lisbon streets.

The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.

The apartment is ideal for groups or families.

The location is very central, you can walk to any part of central Lisbon or you can take one of the many public transport options available in the area to various parts of the city or to the beautiful beaches of the Cascais or Costa da Caparica lines.

Note: Air conditioning only in the living room. Fans in the bedrooms. We have double glazing and excellent thermal insulation.

Wonderful family stay in Lisbon

We had an outstanding visit to Lisbon and this apartment was perfect for our family. Right in the heart of Baixa, we could walk to all the main attractions and neighborhoods easily. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos. It was a bright, open, large space with plenty of room for four adults and a toddler. The hosting team was so helpful and we are staying here again the next time we visit!

Wonderful stay in Lisbon!

Great location! Lots of restaurants and sights to see nearby. Hosts were very helpful in setting up a Tuk Tuk tour of the area and a trip to the Sintra area.

Perfect Lisbon Rental

I can't recommend this apartment enough. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults) and the location is perfect. We appreciated the connection with Sophia for a few tours that were also wonderful. We look forward to returning and staying here again.

The property is very spacious and nicely furnished. The location is excellent! The hosts were great; timely communication prior to our stay and super responsive during our visit.

Fantastic apartment

My family and I had two lovely days in Martin and Luis’ fantastic apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Great communication with the hosts and the apartments was close to shopping and restaurants and still nice and quiet. We would definitely like to return.

Perfect apartment!

We spent 5 nights here and it was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! The owners were easy to communicate with, made it easy for us to check in when we arrived later than expected and even set up a tour for us! The location can not be beat with easy access to all the sights and tons of cafes and shops. I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Lisbon!

Great location

We love this apartment- comfortable, well located for touring Lisbon, close to restaurants, clean and well appointed. We would stay here again. It is on a narrow street so don’t plan on parking your own vehicle out front.

Super location!

We had a great stay here in Lisbon. The location can’t be beat with everything you need in walking distance. My knees were thankful for the lift after all the ups and downs of our days! The flat was immaculate, spacious and modern yet with the original wood floors still felt old and authentic! We had one small issue and Martin was immediately responsive and took care of it. Just the type of host you'd want. We loved our time in Lisbon. Thanks, Martin and team.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very nice-clean and very centrally located. Good restaurants nearby. We especially liked the Taberna de Lis across the street to sit outside for sangria and snacks after a day of touring. Martin and Luis were very responsive—we had a small issue with our ride from the airport and with someone meeting us for check in, but our stay far exceeded that issue. The apartment is roomy and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location

This lovely apartment is located in a great central spot for accessing all of the tourist activities in Lisbon. The owner met us on arrival and he went the extra mile to be sure we enjoyed our time in Lisbon, arranging some great tours for us, and recommending restaurants. We highly recommend Diva Apartment!

For a family of 7’s first trip to Lisbon, this was the perfect place to stay.

Central location, near everything we wanted to see. Great amenities - well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Really appreciated the washer and drying rack. Fantastic host with a great introduction to the apartment. Cannot recommend enough.

Really awesome property. Great location. We were worried about it having only one AC but it was fine even in late July heat. Excellent hosts. Luis went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Obrigado.

The apartment is located on a quiet street and is not far from restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. Nice size apartment with plenty of space for 5 adults. The owner's were very responsive if we had questions about the apartment or to give dining suggestions. We didn’t know how to get the heat going and the owners sent a video to show us how to turn on the water to the radiators. The only issue we had was trying to figure out the washer/dryer combo. We managed to get it to work but not sure if there was an easier way. We didn’t want to bother the owner’s since it was later at night so maybe a short step by step instruction guide would be useful.

Great apartment in a prefect location

Property managers Martin and Luis communicated promptly, answered many questions and provided us with excellent suggestions for restaurants in the area. This apartment was just as depicted and was immaculate. Highly recommended!

Perfect central home base

We stayed for two weeks and loved the central location. It was a great size for two teens and two adults not to be on top of each other. The Pingo Doce grocery store was nearby and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. Luis arranged several tours for us and was very helpful. Everyone was so kind and informative. Sophia especially went above and beyond. I highly recommend the Seatru clear kayak tour with Barbara and Joao as well.

I Loved This Apartment

It is a beautiful apartment with great architectural features. Spotlessly clean (I am such a fuss) and spacious. Artwork is wonderful. Location is perfect. Just walk out the door and you're in the middle of everything. I was very well taken care of by Luis, who was in constant communication and even went out of his way to accommodate our arrival schedule. He also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, which we took advantage of. I am bookmarking this apartment for our next visit to Lisbon.

Lovely weekend in Lisbon

We had a fantastic short stay in Lisbon in this lovely 3 bedroom flat - it was just right for 3 generations of family, celebrating a special birthday. The apartment is nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and interesting artworks. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place was spotlessly clean. It's in a fantastic part of the city, walking distance to all of the old city's sights and squares. We had a good meal at the Taverna da Lis opposite the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Martin was very good at communicating with us and ensuring our check in was easy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful apartment in great location

This apartment was fabulous. It was the nicest VRBO apartment we've rented in our European travels. Overall, it felt very spacious, had lots of natural light, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was quite large and looked to be well-stocked (we used it only for breakfast). The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was sufficient storage space for clothes. Both bathrooms were large and modern. the living room had comfortable seating. The decor was charming. Even the hallways outside the apartment were nice. The location was very convenient to the metro but was also walkable to many tourist sites. Lovely views from the windows and balconies. Despite being close to lively streets with many restaurants and bars, the street the apartment is on was very quiet at night, so there wasn't any noise to disturb our sleep. The hosts were very helpful with tour information. We very much enjoyed the Fado show they arranged for us to attend. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Great place, great location

The apartment was great, very nice. There was AC only in the living room and in none of the bedrooms, but for mid June it was OK. There was a sad mix-up in the late check-in, where the instructions were not clear enough, and we were surprised to find another family in our apartment. I hope they will improve the process around the late check in since it was a suboptimal experience

Spacious apartment in the perfect location

We celebrated two high school graduations with a cousins trip in Lisbon. The Diva 1 apartment was centrally located and provided enough space for four of us to spread out. Everywhere is walkable and the trains and ferries are just a short distance. The washer and dryer really came in handy. Liz was very friendly and took the time to show us the key areas and grocery store on the map. The apt is a bit noisy as you can hear the people above you but the windows keep out a lot of the street noise.

Great apartment - great location - great stay in Lisbon!

We stayed in this great apartment at the end of December and had a lovely stay. The apartment worked great for our family of five - plenty of space for everyone to have a little privacy and space at the end of the day. And Monica was so helpful getting us checked in and helping arrange a few tours. On that - highly recommend the Cintra day tour with Sophia! The location of the property was great for getting around and seeing the things we wanted to see. The food was great, city was very welcoming, and the history and architecture - so fun to explore. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Great experience. We ate out, so can’t comment on the kitchen but did note that it seemed to have everything you might need if you planned to eat in. Oh - and Monica left us wine and dessert at check-in. Really lovely and thoughtful!
