Tranquil Lodge in Beautiful Cornwall

Serendiperty Deckhouse is a modern self-catering luxury lodge suitable for 4 people located within Parkdean Resort, St Minver down a private tree lined road and tucked away in a woodland setting. Wake up to birdsong, sit and look at starry skies from the deck in the evening. Longing for blue sea and a sandy beach, stunning Cornwall walks and bike rides - all are never far away for you to unwind and enjoy! Enjoy this wonderful location and place to stay!
Serendipity Deck House is a modern open plan lodge with a comfortable sitting / TV area, dining table for up to 4 people + there is a high chair and fully equipped kitchen. A sociable space for cooking, listening to music, dining and chatting, or catching up with some TV.
The lodge accommodates up to 4 people + we will accept 1 small well behaved dog by prior request, the doggy fee is £40.
Please note dogs must not be left alone in the lodge or go into the bedrooms at anytime.

The master bedroom is with king size bed and sliding door wardrobes, en-suite with double shower and twin sinks. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds + walk-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a TV (not smart). The family bathroom off the hallway with shower over the bath. There is a baby bath available.

Sit out on the large deck with comfortable seating area and enjoy Al Fresco dining with gas BBQ, table and chairs with parasol to seat 4 people. Deckhouse has a drive at the front for 2 cars with steps leading up to the gate.

Parkdean entertainment passes are required for the facilities and can be purchased from reception on arrival: indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, the Manor House has a restaurant and bar with family entertainment. Passes are available to purchase from reception.

Enjoy a game of crazy golf plus for the kids there is a large outdoor play area and soft indoor play area. Take a walk around the park via the nature paths through the woodlands.
The park has a Nisa shop.

All facilities and entertainment is subject to Parkdean Management discretion.

A 5 min drive to Rock with local shops and restaurants, Rock has great beaches with beautiful coastline and are dog friendly all year round. Hop on the ferry to Padstow.

There is a choice of well-known Chef's restaurants to try out: Paul Ainsworth at Mariners in Rock, Rick Stein, Nathan Outlaw.

Other places to dine: Mariners, Pityme Inn and The Dining Room and St Enodoc at Rock, St Kew Inn at St Kew, St Tudy Inn at St Tudy, Cracking Crab & Oyster Catcher in Polzeath.

With so much to see and do, amazing beaches and coastline, this is what has kept bringing us back to Cornwall for the past 20 years and why we purchased our Treasured Deckhouse. We've had the best experiences with wonderful memories and met so many good friends over the years and now we're sharing our Holiday Home and hope you'll experience the same!
