This place has it all and our 1-week vacation was awesome. The condo had everything we wanted plus more. The lanai was ground floor looking out to a beautiful grass landscape, and just a very short walk to a sandy beach. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kauai.

Beautiful place to stay

The accommodations are great with beautiful views of gardens and ocean right from the patio. This is our favorite place to stay on the island.

The condo and the property are amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this to others. The unit is well equipped. The host was extremely helpful in providing some options for us to do and was readily available to answer our questions. The beach access and the walking access to many of the restaurants and shopping in the area is superb.

The best place to stay on Kauai!

Loved the kitchen, the views, the proximity to the beach the restaurants the shopping the coastal path the farmers market the day trips to north shore and south shore.Kapaa! Lae Nani is the place to be!

Great location & property!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The unit itself, the location, the accessibility, and the view were all fantastic. My husband and I visited for a week to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We couldnt have stayed at a better place.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay! The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location on the property grounds was fantastic. Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and that view every morning! Location on the east side made for easy travel north or south. Excellent communication with the owner prior to our visit. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend to others! Mahalo!!

A Wonderful Condo and View

Everything about this condo and the view is wonderful, from the tucked-in setting near beautiful tropical plants overlooking the grounds and beach -- to the comfy bed and furniture. This was our ninth time at Lae Nani (because we think it's the best!), but our first time at this particular Lae Nani condo. Michael was a welcoming, helpful, friendly host at every stage -- from beginning to end. Our experience was everything we had hoped for, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful, comfortable condo close to everything.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo at the Lae Nani complex in Wailua (just south of Kapa'a). This ground-floor condo is tastefully decorated, has all of the conveniences and most importantly, a very comfortable king-sized bed. We loved the view, the lanai, and the ability to walk out to the property amenities.

Location-Locatioin-Location

Perfect location on the East coast between most all site. The beach could not have been any closer. The condo was in excellent condition and had every amenity you will need for your stay. Great restaurant next door (5 minute walk) on those night you don't want to cook. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views and perfect location...

Beautiful views, perfect location, comfortable and well appointed condo. The ground floor location allowed us to go in and out with ease and was very convenient to the rest of the property. The condo was well equipped and perfect for 2, and accommodated our larger family well for entertaining. Loved it!

Exceeded Expectations!

The online description at VRBO (as wonderful as it is) did not do justice to the location, venue, and unit. This was the delight of our entire visit to Kauai. The unit was lovely, with perfect access to the grounds and the ocean too. I'd choose it again in a heartbeat!

A Gem!

Clean, beautifully decorated with island photos, well-stocked, centrally located, and a priceless view from the patio. We chose a GREAT one this time for our seventh visit to this island we love so much. Returning to this quiet and peaceful spot for sure! Mahalo to the fabulous host, Mike!

Lae Nani 512

This condo was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in with updated flooring and appliances--very clean. Loved being able to sit on the lanai and see and hear the waves. Property is very well-maintained. Correspondence with the owner was great! Wonderful stay--highly recommend.
