Large villa (2 apt) with pool & rooftop jacuzzi

Discover one of the latest additions to our collection: a recently built, very spacious villa, located in a 9,000 sqm private garden in the countryside near Lido Marini, around 1 km from the long sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea.

The children-friendly villa is divided into two apartments; you will be renting the whole villa, garden and pool for your exclusive private use. The villa is ideal for two families or groups of friends.

The garden offers a large (around 10x4 metres) private pool with an exclusive glass cover, which can be opened or closed as you wish. The pool has a heating (optional extra cost €100 for the preparation €10 per day electricity costs), which, also thanks to the pool cover, ensures warm water temperatures almost the whole year round. The pool area includes sunbeds and a large shaded pavilion. The garden even offers a children playground with a slide and swings.

In addition to the pool, there is a private whirlpool on the villa's rooftop terrace. Its water can be heated up to 40 °C for a relaxing water massage. Enjoy fantastic sea views while relaxing in your private outdoor spa! The jacuzzi can be opened for you upon request for an extra charge of €80 for the preparation €20 per day, which includes the water costs, cleaning and regular maintenance around 2-3 times a week.

The two very comfortable apartments are of exactly the same size and configuration, and are connected from the shared outside terrace. Each apartment has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen which includes gas stoves, oven, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher, and all equipment you need to prepare your meals. There are two bedrooms in each apartment one with a double bed (and sea view), the other with a bunk bed and two additional single beds that can be connected as you wish. There is also a double sofa bed in each living room. Each apartment can accommodate 4 persons very comfortably, or up to 8 people including children and guests sleeping on the sofa beds if needed. There are two bathrooms per apartment, one with a shower, the other with just a toilet. An outdoor shower is also available.

There is air conditioning in all rooms (cold or hot air, depending on the season), mosquito nets, a washing machine, a barbecue for your alfresco meals.

The villa is located in the countryside, around 1 km from the small coastal town of Lido Marini, on Southern Puglia's Ionian coast. The closest beach is called Saracino (around 1 km away), a beautiful beach with golden sand; you can either drive there in a few minutes, or walk around 15 minutes via a pedestrian path. If needed, you can rent sunbeds or sunshades directly on the beach, or buy food and drinks. In addition to Saracino, there are many other sandy beaches in the area.

The closest restaurant is a traditional one called "Masseria Marini", just a few minutes' walk (approx. 250 metres) from the villa. In Lido Marini you'll find many other restaurants and shops for your daily needs. If you'd like to rent a boat, you can do so in Lido Marini or Torre Vado, where you'll find many offers to explore the coast and its marine caves with or without a skipper, or you can go fishing with local fishermen. Salento's main sights such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto, Galatina etc. can easily be reached by car within 15-45 minutes.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €160, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €100 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,39 on 26/10/2025, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.

We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
