A bright and comfortable, newly built apartment on 2 floors, located in a really quiet district of Tremezzo, one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Como. It is surrounded by nature, just a few meters from the historic Villa Sola Cabiati and the lovely public beach. Its location offers a wonderful view over the lake, and its proximity to the famous Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello makes it unique all year long.

2-level apartment (1st floor + 2nd floor) consisting of:

❤ A bedroom with a double bed (floor 2)

❤ A bedroom with 2 single beds (floor 2)
