Lovely apartment, with views of Lake Como. Matteo was very welcoming, check in process very easy. Five minute walk to the Lake and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking space for our 2 cars.

This was a lovely apartment which was plenty big enough for 6 adults. The location is excellent, and the pool and surroundings are beautiful. Matteo was superb on arrival, providing us with lots of information, even helping us find a supermarket before arrival. The only one thing that it might be worth noting is that there is no air con, and as we were there in the height of the summer (mid 30's), the one upstairs bedroom was very warm overnight. Fans were provided. The two downstairs bedrooms were fine. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Lake Como again. It is literally a 3 minute walk down to the lake, where there are several restaurants which are of a reasonable price (ciao spaghetti & La Locanda), and then several if you want upmarket (we ate at No. 26 on our anniversary).

Traumhafte Lage, aber mit AbstrichenDie Lage des Hauses ist wirklich traumhaft – mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See. Auch von außen ist das Haus sehr hübsch und die Hilfe bei der Suche war sehr nett.Leider waren wir vom Innenbereich etwas enttäuscht. Die Einrichtung ist eher spartanisch und Küche, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. In der unteren Etage war es sehr feucht und in den Schränken muffig. Die vorhandenen Ventilatoren waren sehr laut, aber leider die einzige Möglichkeit, die Räume nachts einigermaßen erträglich zu bekommen. Im oberen Schlafbereich war es dagegen extrem heiß.Der Pool ist schön groß, aber auch hier gibt es einige Dinge, die erneuert werden könnten.Insgesamt eine tolle Lage und ein schönes Haus, aber für den Preis hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Komfort und einen besseren Pflegezustand gewünscht.

Vacances en famille Endroit charmant avec une vue incroyable sur le lac, entouré d’une végétation exceptionnelle ! Activité de canyoning, stand up paddle , culture , accrobranche et piscine Pas de randonnée pour nous car beaucoup trop chaud (août), Gérant Matteo hyper sympa et disponible Top je recommande 👌👌👌

Piece of Paradise

The photos of this property don't do it justice. The scenery is breath taking. The property is lovely and spacious. Matteo was lovely and very informative. Only negative is that there is no air conditioning, which could be an issue in the height of Summer. Also if you have no car it is a very steep walk up to the property in the dark which could pose a problem for not a very mobile person. Overall a beautiful place .

Relaxing stay

Great location to relax for a few days. Hill is hard to walk up but we got used to it after a day or so. Great communication with management. Basement is nice and cool but the upstairs can get very hot.

Fijne locatie

Mooi ruim appartement, onze zat op de begane grond met eigen terras. Alles was aanwezig. Mateo was regelmatig in de buurt voor vragen maar was ook goed per telefoon bereikbaar. Binnen 3 minuten loop je via een steegje naar beneden/het water en sta je bij de restaurantjes in het dorpje waar je goed, lekker en betaalbaar kunt eten.

Heerlijk apartement met een geweldig uitzicht

Dit mooie apartement ligt op loopafstand van de kust en het dorp Tremezzina. Via een gang van 300 meter en een verval van 40 meter kom je aan op de boulevard. Het appartement is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft een eigen tuintje met ligbedden en een tafel met stoelen. Slapen doe je in de kelder die heerlijk koel blijft. Vervelende alleen is dat het er ook een beetje vochtig is en wat muffig ruikt. De ontvangst is uitermate vriendelijk. Matteo heeft veel tips en als er iets is, komt hij meteen het probleem verhelpen. Veel lekkere restaurants in de directe omgeving, zowel voor een snel pizzaatje als voor een uitgebreid diner op stand. Hier komen we graag nog eens terug

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Residenz ist perfekt gelegen. Ruhig oberhalb vom Comer See, aber durch eine Treppe schnell zentral direkt am See. Die Anlage ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Apartments sind mit allem ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein sehr schöner grosser Pool, whirlpool und Sauna. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
