There is one area in particular that shows signs of that thriving city and it is the Florentine area, a territory that preserves marvelous Medici villas, a UNESCO heritage site, unique castles, abbeys, enchanted woods, delightful hills and precious museums. It is no coincidence that the Renaissance ring passes through these lands, an embrace around Florence that welcomes different locations, an itinerary to be covered on foot or by bicycle through artfully made landscapes.

The capital is notoriously a treasure trove of priceless treasures, which are not exhausted in the majestic Renaissance works, but can be breathed in all the museum spaces, in the gardens, in the small squares, in the contemporary art exhibitions and in the numerous festivals which throughout the year animate the city. Diving into the Uffizi and the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo is one of the most beautiful experiences to have if you are an art lover and a walk in the Boboli Gardens is a continuous discovery, among fountains, sculptures and tree-lined avenues.

Destination for those who love peace and rest is certainly Vallombrosa, the woods of Reggello destination for all Florentines looking for refreshment in the summer season. The centuries-old trees of this forest take turns to welcome, after a pleasant walk, the sumptuous and well-known Abbey. Equally to be appreciated are the hilly landscapes of Rufina, a land of vineyards; the hill of Fiesole, which, just above Florence, preserves a magnificent theater from the Roman era; or of Londa, with its lake in the greenery.

- Parking: Duomo Suite is located in the center in a restricted traffic area and does not have private parking.
It is possible to use one of the many public paid garages within the limited traffic area at the indicative price of around 30 euros per car per night and the closest is Garage Tornabuoni; in this case the garage staff will take care of communicating the license plate to the local authorities to avoid the fine and you can enter the center with your car
alternatively it is possible to use the public garages outside the limited traffic area at the indicative price of 20 euros per car per night and in this case you cannot enter the center by car.
