The Place is designed with Indo- Portuguese architectual concept with large spacious rooms, balconies with french doors for cozy and homely feeling.
We provide total privacy, freedom, safety, we are couples friendly, womens recommended, families with children, elderly guests and guests with special self food cooking facility requirements.
we treat our guest as a family member and guiding and helping them in need.

The apartment consist of self service kitchen with gas stove,fridge, microwave, utensils like cooker,kadai, toaster,kettle, cutlery,crokery etc,

Large Attached A/C Bedroom with tv ,french balcony, cupboard, chestdrawer and private entrance.

We provide 300mbps speed Internet with unlimited data and emergency powerback up is available only lights and fans and wifi.

Maid service is available for short time everyday.includes cleaning of bathroom, bedroom,general areas,moping and cleaning.

kindly note kitchen utensils cleaning may be charged or basic limited utensils will be free depending on maid kindly discuss with her as she may charge some tips

public tap water is safe n edible is good for cooking ,bathing, cleaning and also drinking

20litre filtered water bottle will be provided in the room only for drinking purpose

Personal Laundry washing service is available for charge of rupees 250 for maximum 8kg load.
Commercial Laudry shop is also available in the market.
Iron is available on request kindly let us know if you require one may on arrival
Guest access
guest have freedom to come n go anytime of their stay no restriction.
kindly pre inform us when entertaining any friends ,open terrace is available for seating
Other things to note
we kindly request guest to turn off A/C ,lights ,fan other electrical appliances and gas stove when leaving the room for fire safety advised by fire department.
