The apartment on the second floor of the villa is a beautiful and finished vacation home, accessible by convenient outdoor stairs, a perfect solution for quiet vacations a stone`s throw from the sea.
Welcoming guests is a lovely sea-view terrace furnished with deck chairs, perfect for relaxation.
The entrance is into a large living room with a well-equipped open brick kitchen. In this living area there is also a sofa , TV and air conditioning.
The sleeping area consists of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, and completed by 1 shower room.

The vacation house is located on the second floor of a villa in Campomarino di Maruggio, a lively seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Salento. It stands at the end of a private road, from which there is direct access to the beach.
The crystal clear sea with turquoise hues and the beach of soft golden sand are really 20 meters away. Near the villa there are all the main activities, typical restaurants and equipped bathing beaches.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
