Cozy terraced house with terrace and lake view, private barbecue and private garden. Private parking for 2 cars. Access to the wonderful shared park with a large shared swimming pool and tennis court that can be used free of charge. The house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery and can accommodate up to 7 people. Wifi suitable for video conferencing and air conditioning. Ideal for groups and/or families: high chair and cot available on request. Tennis court open all year round, pool open from 5th June until 29th September.

The holiday home also features a private garden with a private barbecue and an open terrace. The garden is furnished with deck chairs and the terrace features a dining table with chairs as well as additional comfortable chairs to relax on.
A green, spacious shared outdoor area, consisting of a park, pool and a tennis court, is also available for you. You can use the pool and the tennis court for free. Spend the day in Gardaland or strolling around Bardolino's historical centre. Play a game of tennis afterwards and end the day with a delicious barbecue dinner while enjoying the lovely view of Lake Garda. Tennis court open all year round, pool open from 5th June until 29th September.

Boasting a marvellous view of the lake, the bright and cosy holiday home "Casa con tennis e piscina" is located in Bardolino, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The property is part of a quiet condominium complex with a communal park, surrounded by nature.
The 90m² holiday home consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom, as well as an additional space with a washing machine, shower and sink. This property can therefore accommodate 7 people.
