Stratégiquement positionnée à un angle qui lui permet de profiter au maximum du soleil, la Villa Aroeira II est délicieusement paisible, avec des jardins voisins de tous les côtés et adossée à un fairway du « Aroeira Golf »

La conception en forme de U permet une luminosité extraordinaire et un lien sans faille entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur, où se trouve un confortable coin repas au bord de la piscine, qui peut être chauffée sur demande.



À l'étage inférieur, vous pouvez voir dans la piscine, comme s'il s'agissait d'un grand aquarium. C'est le lieu préféré des enfants et le cadre idéal pour des photos amusantes.

Relaxing stay in Aroeira!

Stunning place, fully equipped, even in the kitchen. The host has been really kind and helpful. We found every comfort: towels, washing machine, dishwasher, which helped our stay. The garden and the pool, with perfect maintenance, surrounded by the nature, made the stay memorable. 13/05/26 Nothing in particular. Small details could be: extra towels, extend outside lightning hours or the possibility/ instructions to turn lights on or off. This would be really extra: but since the Aroeira village is a bit off, more bicyles to move to the nearest supermarket or go to the beach would be SUPER.

Great stay! Great location and great rooms

Great stay! Great location and great rooms. Comfy sleep. Recommend getting the pool heated too! One of the bedrooms aircon is a bit rubbish but it has direct access to outside so you can just leave window open when sleeping. Would be back in a second ! Was a great holiday !

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

We proudly and with great enthusiasm founded Allure Villas thanks to the owners’ involvement, our satisfied guests’ feedback, and word of mouth.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Inside the resort guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses (Aroeira I and Aroeira II), four tennis courts, a shopping area, bars, snack-bars and restaurants. Aroeira is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports. Less than 2 km away from the resort, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
About 5 km away from the resort there is a wide range of beach bars that at night turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
