We loved our stay at this condo, especially for the location and the fantastic view from the 4th floor balcony. We enjoyed coffee in the early morning watching the pelicans dive and the boardwalk come to life. We didn’t find it at all noisy, while still being in the middle of all the action. The bathrooms were very nicely renovated with the Master ensuite having a double shower. Especially liked the lighting in the shower niche. Highly recommend this unit. The only thing missing was a dishwasher and washer dryer in the unit.

The condo was beautiful and exceeded all expectations.We have stayed in the complex many times and we truly loved this condo. The view was exceptional. Aaron was great in helping with any questions. The staff at the front desk were great in helping with any questions on contacting a taxi to which hospital to go to when I fell and broke my collarbone.

We stayed at condo in Puerto Vallarta for 7 days in early September and we couldn't have had a better experience! The condo is exactly as you see on their site. The furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen is fully set up, and the new bathroom was very nice. The condo is within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops/pastry shops, and quick groceries,The area is safe and the beach is very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay at Vista del Sol.

The location is excellent. The property is very safe and secure. It is older, but well maintained and gives the feeling of old Mexico I will definitely stay there again. The kitchen is well equiped. The staff are very accommodating.

Has It All

The place is charming and gives you the sense you are in Mexico. The location is perfect giving you tranquil mornings sitting on the balcony watching the day come alive. You are walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, the river Cuale, and all the night life you want. We all enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.

This condo is in the perfect spot for beaching, eating, drinking and just being in P.V.The new bathrooms were really done well and the balcony was perfect for people and fireorks watching.The only think that wasn't that great were the beds. They were very hard and the sheets were scratchy.I would stay here again!

Perfect vacation property

This is a very comfortable place to spend some vacation time in the sun. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, groceries. And it is right on the malecon. Every night we enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio.

Perfect Zona Romantica location in Puerto Vallarta

We spent a week at this condo — our second time in this particular unit. The view is breathtaking, watching the view of the beach below from this 4th floor 2 Br/ 2 Ba condo with nicely updated bathrooms and double shower in the primary bath. Host Aaron was helpful in providing suggestions for area restaurants and a nearby gym facility, and the condo staff were friendly, performing their duties efficiently. We’ll definitely be back!
