This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is modern and elegant and is located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 metres from Diagonal Avenue. The property is situated in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.

The apartment has a balcony, air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi.

The lounge has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

It has three double rooms (1 suite) and 1 single rooms. It can accommodate up to 7 people.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. Mobile self check-in from 3:00 PM.

The apartments are located just 500 metres from the well-known Rambla de Catalunya and a 10-minute walk from the FGC train station in Gràcia and Provença, and the Diagonal metro station that connect with the entire city. A 15-minute walk away, we find the exclusive Passeig de Gràcia, where La Pedrera and Gaudí's Casa Batlló are located.

The building has a common area on the roof, with a chill-out space, where you can relax after a long day.

Great location, nice staff.

My overall impression of this property is good. The unit was in good working condition, however it was not ready at check in (we waited 1.5 hours after the 15:00 check in time for it to be cleaned). Although the staff was very helpful and accommodating, my only complaint is how thin the walls are and hearing the noise at 4am of all the tourists coming home from the bars (doors slamming, talking, yelling). This banter was like clockwork. Everyday started with hearing the parties come back to the property.

Nos reunimos 5 amiga del colegio a celebrar nuestra amistad, todas las noches vinieron a reclamar que hacíamos ruido, (edad promedio 59 años, no bebemos, fumamos poco ) NO ÉRAMOS NOSOTROS ERAN LOS VECINOS, EL DÍA JUEVES EN LA NOCHR INVITAMOS AL SEÑOR QUE VINO A REQUERIRNOS QUE NOS CALLÁRAMOS Y LE MOSTRAMOS QUIENES ERAN LOS DEL RUIDO EN FIN QUE NOS AMARGARON LA ESTADÍA EN ADICIÓN NO CONTESTAN LOS WHATSAPP PONEN LA OPERACION EN MANOS D PERSONAS JÓVENES SIN MAYOR RESPONSABILIDAD LA ENTRADA FEL EDIFICIO ESTÁ SUCIA LAS PAREDES DEL DEPARTAMENTO ESTÁN SUCIAS Reservé un piso y me lo cambiaron

Ola Cristina, Gracias por dedicar tu tiempo en comentar tu estancia en Ola Living apartments , lamentamos mucho que hayas tenido una mala experiencia con nosotros, pero creo que es necesario puntualizar que tenemos sonómetros instalados en todos los apartamentos y que la intervención del equipo de noche es únicamente si el valor está por encima de los decibelios permitidos los cuales se pueden sobrepasar con varias personas hablando a la vez con un tono de voz elevado. Por otro lado, sentimos que tengas la impresión de que te dimos otro piso diferente al que reservaste, en el mismo edificio tenemos 18 pisos de diferentes categorías y precios y te dimos exactamente el reservado. Por último, queremos enfatizar que la responsabilidad y el compromiso con el servicio al cliente no están determinados por la edad, nuestro equipo está compuesto por personas dedicadas y profesionales que trabajan diligentemente para garantizar una estadía placentera para todos nuestros huéspedes.
