Luxury studio totally renovated to high standards located in the beachfront development Romana Playa with direct access to the beach. The residence offers 5 outdoor pools (seasonal opening) and kids playground. The sandy beach is clean, family friendly and one of the best in east Marbella (Elviria). The area is very lively within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and supermarkets.



Bright luxurious apartment with large sunny terrace and beautiful sea views. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable king size bed, big smart TV and sofa-bed. Fantastic south facing terrace with dining table, sitting area and 2 sunbeds. Great place to relax, enjoy al-fresco dining, sea views and the sunshine all day long!

Smart TV (to watch Netflix/Youtube) and AC unit (heat/cold). Fast Wi-Fi, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace.



The apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift. Secured outdoor parking just outside of the apartment's block.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is best suitable for a couple or young family with 1-2 kids (under 10years old), as sofa-bed is only 1.25m wide and is NOT suitable for 2 adults.

Second stay, just as good as the first!

Great location, perfect for the beach and walking to the centre for all the bars and restaurants. Easy check in and out. New pillows would be nice, they are getting a bit flat.

Nice apartment for 2

Nice large terrace, apartment is like new with a nice bathroom and good kitchen. A broom or better yet a vacuum cleaner would be great equipment.
