It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a convertible sofa bed and a TV, a convertible dinner table, and Juliet balconies with French doors overlooking the street, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

This property features steep access stairs, which may be challenging for elderly guests. Additionally, the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, the property offers a prime spot to explore the city's vibrant atmosphere and rich history. Just a short walk away, you can visit the Santa Catarina Viewpoint (Miradouro de Santa Catarina), a popular lookout offering stunning views over the Tagus River—an ideal place to relax and watch the sunset.

The lively Bairro Alto district is nearby, known for its exciting nightlife, with numerous bars, restaurants, and traditional fado houses. For a more cultural experience, the historic Chiado neighbourhood is also within walking distance, filled with chic shops, iconic cafes such as "A Brasileira," and theatres.

For food lovers, the famous Time Out Market is just 10 minutes away, where you can indulge in dishes from renowned chefs and sample local Portuguese flavours. You can also take a ride on the Bica Funicular, one of Lisbon’s most iconic trams, which runs through one of the city's most picturesque streets.

Other nearby attractions include the Pharmacy Museum, which offers a fascinating insight into the history of pharmacy, and plenty of traditional cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Tram nº28, station Cç. Combro is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

Our apartment is also close to several public modes of transport: several buses, urban trains to Cascais and Sintra, and urban boats to Almada.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
