Amazing location, Amazing hostess, amazing Stay!

Great location to Portugal, right near the buca funicular, train station and port! Furnished with Everything anyone could need! Our hostess helped us with transfers to and from. Great restaurants in the area.

Quiet apartment in a good location: many restaurants very closeand within 10 minutes walk was public transportation, the Tagus river, and Time Out Market. Amenities are very good including the clothes washing machine and drying racks. Heaters worked well. Appreciated the special touches such as slippers, bathroom deodorizer spray, and the safety equipment. Views from the corner unit were pleasant.

Wonderful location and apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days at the Bica apartment. It is very centrally located and a short walk to many tourist sites ( Rossio, Time-out Market, Commerce Square, Cais Sodre). Felicidade welcomed us and provided us with numerous good recommendations for where to go visit, how to get there, plus she had a bottle of wine waiting for us ! We highly recommend this apartment.

The whole apartment was perfect. Check in vlear and simple. Apartment clean well organised. Good kitchen facilities available, however we chise to eat out in local area. Great eateries very close by. Felicidade kept in rdgular conract checking we were in ok and enjoying our stay. We appreciated all the local info she sent prior to our arrival. Wonderful host.Annette and Jesse

Lovely apartment in Lisbon

My husband and i stayed in Felicidade’s wonderful apartment for 4 nights in April and we couldn’t have been happier with her place. Felicidade was incredibly responsive to all inquiries and she arranged a pickup for us from the airport - fabulous! The location is fantastic - close to so many sights! We enjoyed the coffee shop right down the street as well as an excellent pizza place right around the corner. The apartment was very clean and well appointed and we had great sleeps! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment, great location

Everything was perfect. Felicidade met us at the property at check-in. She provided the key and oriented us to the apartment and the area. There were some warm days while we were there but the AC kept us comfortable. The location was near the Cais Sodré train and ferry station which made it easy to explore other parts of the region. Lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in the area.

A lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment has everything you might need - from a kitchen with all appliances as well as common provisions - to a clean bathroom with a great shower. The attention to detail shows in every room. The host’s hospitality is evident from the welcoming messages to the arrangement for pickup from the airport. Every recommendation she offered us turned out to be memorable. Will stay here again as soon as we return to lovely Lisbon.

Beautiful apartment in superb neighborhood

Very nice modern apartment with all the comforts of home. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Nice large shower with strong water pressure, great kitchen and comfortable bed. The property manager was so nice and helpful. She made us feel very welcome. The location was great since it was so close to major transportation options, ferry, metro, tram and train, and it had many nice restaurants all around. We hope to come back soon.

Great stay

Location was perfect. Unfortunately big building is under construction so a bit noise and blocking river view. Felicidade is very kind and trying to give us information as much as possible. Also she is very accomodating for us. Our flight delayed over 12 hours then she was waited at their entrace 7 am. What a nice lady. Couldn't be happier.

Great apartment and Location

Felicidade's apartment was just as described our plane arrived early we had to roam the streets for a few hours which helped us to get to know the area but she got us in 5 hours early. She had a bottle of wine fresh bread and jams waiting for us. The street is very busy and noisy but you clothes the windows and it's quiet. The bed was comphy. Make sure you take the elevators which take you to different parts of the city saves on climbing all the stairs. Her friend Sofia picked us up at the airport and will also take you on a tour to other areas wonderful soul you can make those arrangements ahead of time.

Well equipped and located

So one bedroom apartment was perfect for the two of us. Unfortunately on the plane ride over we both caught colds so we could not do as many things as we had hoped while we were here. We noticed that was the bed was a little smaller than what we consider to be a queen size. It was a interesting neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and short walks to some pleasant attractions. One caveat if you intend to wash clothes, the second button disables the spin cycle, which is contrary to the instructions in the manual. Recommend you set it to the 30-minute setting and you'll be fine. Overall it was a good place to stay and a good value.

Lisboa

Overall a great apartment. We lived there for 34 days. It was big enough that we didn't get on each others nerves. Great location, close to Cais do Sodré station where you can catch the ferry, trolley, buses, electric trains and metro to pretty much everywhere in the city. Plenty of places to eat, two mini preço markets nearby, walk up the hill to Chiado, Bairo alto, Principe real, Rato. The 25 trolley stop out front to go to mercado campo d'ourique, basilica Estrella. Great location. Felicidade, the owner was very responsive if we had issues which we did and a sweetheart, she had us for lunch one day which was wonderful. Unfortunately the elevator broke a week into our stay and was broken for three weeks. That meant walking up 5 flights of stairs. The only other complaint was the double bed. We're used to a king size so we basically took turns sleeping on the sofa which was ok. It's a very nice apartment in a good location to explore the city. We would stay there again.

Lovely time in Lisbon

Wonderful apartment with all the amenities. Lovely host Felicidade met us and graciously gave us restaurant tips. Sweet to have bread and wine for us after a long 10 hour journey. Very efficient internet…even taught my online class from the apt. Super location very close to markets and transportation. Loved the amount of hot water in the shower. Highly recommend. Un appartement charmant et parfaitement équipé

L’appartement de Felicidade est situé dans un quartier populaire de Lisbonne à proximité de Cais Do Sodré où sont situées les stations de métro et trains, ainsi que la gare fluviale. Il est donc idéalement placé pour parcourir toute la ville. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé et bien insonorisé grâce à un double vitrage efficient. Les attentions de Felicidades ont été très appréciées : bouteille de rosé au frais à notre arrivée, mise à disposition de tout le nécessaire pour préparer le petit déjeuner, etc. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour.

Nice Apartment— Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for a week in August. Communication with Felicidade was easy and straight forward. The apartment is on the fifth floor, don’t worry, excellent elevator. The main room has a window and double doors with a view of skyline and river glimpses. Nice bright and cheerful. Comfy couch and good tv. Excellent air/conditioning Kitchen area has everything that you need including a dishwasher. Bedroom is a good size. I loved the shower. It is a good size with, good pressure and lotsa hot water. The building is on a fairly busy street with a variety of traffic, including a tram line. The amazing thing is when the windows are closed you cannot hear a thing. The location is superb. Two blocks from Time Out Market. Two and half blocks from a Pingo grocery store. Numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. About a 15 minute walk from the center of town. One block from the Bica funicular and as mentioned the #25 tram We totally enjoyed our stay here and if good fortune ever allows us another trip to Lisbon, we would be very happy to stay here again
