Dear Cindy Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points. Our check-in process is managed by a local team and, as clearly explained in the arrival instructions, it is essential to schedule an appointment in advance. Unfortunately, this step was not followed correctly, which caused some delays on your arrival. Regarding the apartment: The cookware and pans are brand new, purchased at the beginning of the season, and are cleaned thoroughly after each stay. The bathroom door handle has now been tightened—thank you for pointing that out. The air conditioner did experience a rare issue during your stay, and we would have gladly assisted if contacted, but no report was made at the time. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival, including the furniture. We always strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would have been happy to assist you during your stay if given the opportunity. Best regards, Annalisa
