Enjoyed our stay. We were able to leave our bags a little before check in which was nice. Only complaint was the towels need to be replaced, was like drying off with cardboard.Walking distance to train station, but there are 2 large bridges you have to carry luggage up and down. Would stay here again.

The property is located in such a convenient, quiet location. There is a great grocery store around the corner. The property includes instructions so there aren’t any questions or stresses when you arrive. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Gian was an incredibly kind and accommodating host, which made the experience even better. The home was comfortable and well located, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to everything we needed.One of the best amenities was having a washer and dryer, which was so convenient during our stay. I also loved that the area felt more residential than touristy. It gave us a more authentic and relaxed experience.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Air conditioning was fair. In the hall. Had to leave the bedroom doors open to get any cool. Fan did not work.

Thanks anyway for the nice feedback where you explain the real good position of my house, the comfort of the bed,the clean home that you find and t that i gave you the flat before than the check in time, and even I keep the suitcase after your check out. Clear communication throughout the whole reservation process. Amazing flat, plenty of room. The flat was extremely clean and comfortable. The host provided recommendations for local fare and gondolas. The host was very responsive and it was a great stay. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. We arrived on the Alilaguna and it was a short walk to the apartment and when we left thru Piazzale Roma, it was also a short walk. There were nearby restaurants and most attractions were less than 20 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Gian Maria gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and a gondola ride and was always very quick to respond. We really liked have a door code to enter instead of keys so everyone could come and go as they pleased. I would stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect as it's near the train station and just a few minutes walk to attractions. the owner is very accommodating and communicates actively.

Comfortable stay in a a perfect location

We enjoyed a seamless check in and stay at this charming and spacious apartment in central Venice. Easy access to the local sights and a safe and comfortable neighborhood. Gian Maria was a great host and made sure everything ran smoothly.
