Returning to the entrance, to the right is the kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for use with a laundry to the side of it. In front of this we find a hall with a beautiful wall of rustic stone on the left we find a full bathroom, when we turn right we find the first bedroom with two individual beds and a small closet, next to it we found the Second bedroom with two individual beds and later, we find the main bedroom with a marriage bed and a large light window.

It has a strategic location to know Granada and its gastronomy on foot, as well as enjoy all the historical monuments of the city.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
