We had a wonderful stay at this Granada house. The home itself was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and full of charm, with everything we needed to feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax after long days exploring the city.Maria was incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. She even let us check in a little early after a long day of traveling. The location was great as well, making it easy to enjoy everything Granada has to offer while still having a peaceful place to come back to.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Granada!

The property was immaculate and very well equipped. Location was very central, so we could walk everywhere.Additional benefit was having secure parking nearby.We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

We enjoyed 3 nights here. It was very comfortable and clean and right in the old city center. It was a little challenging navigating a car to the parking so make sure to read the directions they provide carefully. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a home away from home with comfortable bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We didn't use the cooking facilities but it was very well equipped. AC works great and was much needed! The block is very upmarket and has locals living in it and is incredibly well located. The garage is a bit of a faff to get in and out of but certainly VERY convenient! The beds were very comfortable and the street is quiet. We hope to return to Granada and will likely try to book here again.

A superb value for money apartment in a fantastic location. My wife and I stayed here with our adult son for three nights. The host was extremely prompt in responding to questions and proving information. Very useful, easy-to-understand instructions in the apartment. There are multiple methods to access the building and apartment itself, which made the check-in process seamless and easy. The apartment is clean and modern. The kitchen is a little small but it’s very practical and has a nice sized fridge. The dining table is a large glass top which makes meals for 4 people very comfortable and easy to clean. The main couch is very confortable. Both bedrooms have lots of storage space and comfortable beds. There are even two types of pillows, depending on how firm or soft do you like them. Both bedrooms have windows for fresh air and light.The single bathroom is very clean, well stocked and well designed but occasionally has some bad odors from the old sewer lines in the building. It’s not likely related to the apartment itself. The parking spot is located 2 blocks from the apartment (if needed) but avoid renting a large car as the access road and door are on the small size. Overall, it was a fabulous place for us (3) and I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Granada

Teresa’ property was spotless and in an ideal location. We had plenty of room for a family of three in the apartment. The location was walkable to everything including Alhambra. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, host was super helpful and even reminded us about the time change. Coffee, butter, shampoo etc- all you need and about 5 min from cathedral.

The apartment is well located with walking access to many restaurants, bars and stores. The apartment is well maintained and stocked and Teresa is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Great location in central Granada with free parking

We traveled for two weeks, staying in places for 2-3 days, and this was our favorite apartment! Well located and close to everything plus free parking for our rental car. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Teresa was an amazing host and provided clear directions for all aspects of the visit. Thank you Teresa!

Lovely apartment in a great location. This place had everything you would need for a stay in Granada. Lots of nice little touches as well. Everything worked great and the small but modern kitchen was a treat to work in.

Great central location

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and had all the amenities anyone would need - air conditioning, coffee maker, teapot, hair dryer etc. location was fabulous! Close to the cathedral, great restaurants and tapas bars. Walkable to Alhambra and Albicin. Great restaurant Betula Nona must make reservations far in advance.
